Pros: Since honestly we have nothing to say which is positive about this company, we would like to skip this field.

Cons: All of our Cons you can take out of the overall experience field below.

Overall: We are a startup from Frankfurt, which is currently in legal dispute with the company.

After several phone calls with the company, we were given the positive prospect that all our requirements could be met, so we agreed to cooperate. Orally agreed target date was June 2018 (planned development time of 2 months). In November 2018 there was unfortunately still no completion in sight...

Furthermore, the cooperation turned out to be unreasonable for us due to the following breaches of duty. Here are a few examples:

- oral agreements not taken into account,

- not submitted project and budget plans, despite multiple requests and deadlines,

- frequently incorrectly prepared project and budget plans (always at our expense), which were only corrected after repeated requests and deadlines and were often then again incorrect and had to be corrected,

- unjustified postponements of the completion date,

- unfounded cancellations of planned telephone appointments or uncompleted promised callbacks,

- Failure to respond to enquiries regarding agreed partial services for review purposes

The "cooperation" cost us a lot not only financially, but also psychologically and temporally, so that we put our startup on ice and could not pursue our dreams.
