Pros Logikcull is great for retrieving legal discovery faster and more efficiently. It filters out the information that are important to me and it helps recovery files. Very satisfied. It was easy to export documents, which I appreciated, but difficult to navigate between them. Load times were slow in my opinion, and toggling between pages of documents was a bit cumbersome. Further, I was displeased that there was not a pop out document review screen to enable a split screen review process. I was not involved with the payment, but my general impression was that Logikcull was good value. In addition, the interface is very pleasing. Pros Colors and fonts. Cons No split screen capability. Customer service and tech support is excellent, which helps with my learning curve. Cons I may have to wait longer than I would like to get a response to a procedural question when working after hours. A support person responded to my online chat request in minutes. That's what Logikcull promised and they delivered. Cons The cost-data size ratio.
