Perfect tool for viewing and tagging/organizing documents. Pros The tagging features are great to label documents and categorize them. Being able to add notes for other users to see is helpful to leave questions for another user to look up. Cons Hosting the data can get a little expensive after a certain amount of time. It generally flows like any modern website. It's easy to create your own searches and view particular documents. Pros Color coding, pre-established tags and fields for narrowing results. Simple and easy to use with second to none customer support, I really mean it. If you ever run into any problems, I recommend asking for Jury Joves. I never seen someone care for what I need more than I do and he does everything he can to help or fix an issue. I have no complaints. The development team has done a superb job over the years of responding in full force to customer needs and wishes. I currently work primarily with small to mid-size firms who have to do eDiscovery just like everyone else involved in litigation, but who do not often have the resources (human, technologies, etc.) that many large firms and organizations have. Logikcull so often fulfills those needs in an easy to use, effective, defensible manner. The reporting features are fantastic. Best of all? Hard to say, but predictable pricing is nearly non-existent with most other market offerings, so that is a huge bonus! Great work team - keep it up! Review Source Andrew F. My only fear is that we are seeing start-up price points that could rise over time. I certainly hope that does not happen. Pros The pricing enables access to an extremely sophisticated e-discovery tool even for the small-budget case. Cons It is not wholly intuitive. A missed step or a misunderstood function here or there can mean having to repeat a task. The learning curve is steep. However, support is excellent and the product is forgiving. I also like the bull keywords search. You can import the list of keywords by copy and paste. Cons There are not much I dislike about the product. I think the cost for additional user can be lower. As an end user it helps you become expert rather quickly, on what can be often be a dry and gruelingly task. The goal for any group is to train and become familiar to utilize the full capacity of the options in Logikcull. Partnership from the support team is excellent they are specialists. Most importantly they make notes on both feedback and any challenges the client is experiencing. That is why they are winners on this front. They are INTERESTED on the recommendations from their clients. The system is exciting their team is 'spot on" and innovative. I definitely would recommend them whole heartedly. Any issue/question that you may have is resolved within minutes. Pros It makes the document review process much faster and far more efficient. Our clients save money because it takes the attorneys far less time to review documents than they would take doing it by hand. Cons The redact feature needs to be tweaked. After spending 2 hours on an initial 10,000 pages of document production (2-3 bankers boxes), I located the hot doc that proved fraudulent conduct by the defendant. So far a great (and apparently affordable) solution for the small firm in lieu of spreading the documents all over the floor of your office and trying to organize them. Cons Important to take the 30-40 minute walk through before starting. After that it was quite easy to use, and questions (mainly about email attachments) were promptly responded to by staff. More comprehensive training is offered, but I'll wait a bit and work through the system before taking the class. Minimal training is required and ongoing support is provided directly from Logikcull which is more efficient and effective than having our internal IT helpdesk provide support. With Logikcull, we now have visibility into and control over the manner and timing of the data processing, review, tag creation, and production processing activities. It's a wonderful alternative to the traditional vendor model (and associated high cost) and gives us the flexibility we need to manage our cases and documents. And the support team is very responsive. I regularly recommend Logikcull to others looking for an alternative platform that gives the client and the law firm control, not the ediscovery vendor. As soon as I signed in for the first time, a Rep reached out to schedule a one-on-one training. This was great - especially since the tutorial was more interactive and allowed me to learn about some of the more advanced features. After learning about the functionality of this tool it has become my favorite e-discovery platform so far. I especially enjoy the ease at which the user is able to import new data into an existing matter with a single drag and drop. Customer service is quick and helpful to resolve any issues. Cons Would be great to have a way to 'go back' when you accidently tag a document incorrectly. I've yet to figure that out. Our platform of choice, Logikcull, has all the features of the software favored by those third party vendors, but also without requiring the IT overhead of dedicated servers, assistance with things like load file compatibility, and delays executing on basic litigation tasks like bates numbering a set of documents. Importing, handling, and producing documents is truly a breeze. And, if you have any questions, their staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Seriously, what once took me weeks to accomplish can now be completed in a matter of minutes using their culling software. Fantastic program. Pros Super simple to use. I just recently hired an assistant. On her first day we sat down and I gave her a 20 minute tutorial on the software. That's all it took. Now obviously she wasn't a master of the program or anything however she was able to accomplish what I needed her to based on a 20 minute tutorial. It's that easy. Cons There is one serious con with the software, no copy/cut and paste into a new project function. This needs to be a thing. Fix this and you'll receive a perfect review. Review Source AA Adi A. October 23, 2019 5.0 enabled me to easily conduct searches and review voluminous documents more efficiently Pros Logikcull is very easy to use with only minimal training. I've been able to run searches and review and tag documents with no problems whatsoever. Cons Not sure. Sometimes I got stuck on a page and couldn't navigate around the way I wanted, but I think this was operator error and not a problem with the software, and was an easy fix to just backtrack without too much lost time.
