Pros I like how it is organized and the ability it gives me to organize and search my files, large and small. Easy to apply tags and add notes. So much of the organization is done by the software especially when you have native files. Cons It takes some training but since Customer Support (which is awesome) is 24/7, it is possible to learn the ins and outs of the software with ease. They are prompt and extremely helpful. I feel like I am going to move from novice to expert in record time. Learning about the various field options for printouts has been the most challenging because I am not a techie. The platform is easier to manage than other platforms we have used. In fact, we tried the new Westlaw e-discovery platform and had to switch back to Logikcull. Our only complaint would be the speed in which documents are uploaded and the cost. However, I would definitely recommend for ease of use. The process of tagging, bates stamping, and preparing a load file to download is very quick and easy. Cons Large uploads tend to take a really long time. As soon as the data is processed through the easy to use platform, everything is immediately ready to go. Pros The system is easy to use and navigate. The labels that you can use to mark documents as privileged or not is very useful, Cons Wish it could apply redactions with more ease.
