### "Absolutely great for any size church"

As expected, the start has been slow with the inputs, connecting bank information, and beginning steps, but once everything is added, this is a wonderful system. I wish I'd known about Continue to Give before spending over a thousand dollars on a system that only two people used. This is the best investment we've made for a church management system.

Pros

I love that what I need to manage our church's financial books is all in one place. I also like that I can add people to help manage. The price is saving the church over $1,000. Our old product was costing over $100 a month. There's no additional fee for the "how-to" videos, and a dedicated person is always available for a chat or video conference. Another pro is that each time you log in, you are asked to confirm your identity. At first, this was a bit annoying, but I realized that it is a way to secure our information.

Cons

What I don't like is that you have to choose to continue to dismiss the help screen or choose not now when first opening the page. Be careful when exporting information, because when you add it back, the changes are actually applied on import, causing the system to believe you added them instead of changing them. It was challenging figuring out how to add the children to the adult donor, but I was able to figure out how to add them.

I believe we have been with C2G for 5 maybe 6 years not sure, and since the beginning of our relationship it has been wonderful. They have paid attention to our needs and met them. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect a software company do. We are so very please with them, and have spread their name through out all our church community.

Pros

Quick tutorials, user friendly, economically sound! The customer service is top notch. They always come through quickly. They communicate on my level not a tech savoy level. We use the whole "kit n kaboodle". Accounting, Back office, mass text / email, child check in, membership records..... they have everything...

Cons

I honestly cannot find a con so far. We have been with them for several years, and they always come through, even if I find a "bug" (only once in several years) they fix it immediately.

We so appreciate \[sensitive content hidden\], and Continue to Give! They work directly with us in a personal way to get us what we need when we need it. A great overall experience!

Pros

Continue to Give customer service is phenomenal! They always try to accomodate our requested software changes. They are very quick about getting back to us. The software is easy to use and adaptable to our many different ministry needs. The ability to use QR codes, texting to give via a link, website donor buttons, etc., all make giving convenient for our donors. Their management system is great for donor, volunteer and camper event communication. That is one of our favorite features. The texting ability alone is worth the software. We appreciate the all in one software approach so we don't have to have multiple applications to take donations, track donors, communicate with them, setup events, take payments for them, and report to our parent organization.

Cons

The tagging process takes some practice and time, but in the end works very well for our communication and event needs.

The quality, service, and price plans A+

Pros

This is the most custom centric company I've ever worked with. The team is amazingly attentive and over the top customer service.

Cons

I can't think of a negative. Honestly this group like \[sensitive content hidden\] have become such an integral part of our nonprofit we count on them everyday of the last 3 years - they have NEVER disappointed us.

Continue to Give has been a great asset for me as I serve. I don't have to worry about the hassle of checking in with monthly donors about sending a check or other payment. It gives me a good picture of where my monthly donations are at and sends me emails with any notifications so I don't have to be checking my account constantly.

Pros

It's simplicity. I don't use many of the features, but for what I use it for it works really well. It works very well for having friends and family contribute monthly.

Cons

I don't have anything major, partially because I don't use many of the features. The website itself is sometimes a little confusing to navigate, particularly with how some of the categories are named.

There is always a learning curve when switching CRM systems. Moving to Continue to Give was no different. However, after just a few weeks of learning the techniques within the system... Continue to Give is the best we've encountered.The most impressive aspect has been our interaction with the support team to complete our migration of thousands of contacts and donor transactions. When we reported anomalies they fixed it... fast!

Pros

Continue to Give provides all typically expected CRM functionality. If there were features we needed or wanted that were not "baked in" the support team bent over backwards to implement them as new features. This is highly unusual in the cloud-based software vendor landscape.The use of tags for filtering and grouping query results makes the product pretty much endless in flexibility.

Cons

This software is easy to use. One feature we would like to see added is to display totals above filtered contact and transaction lists (for numeric fields and row counts), since there are multiple pages possible in a resulting, filtered list.

### "Continue to Give. A good value for the money, but confusing to use."

While I like some features of Continue to Give, some areas will give users (both donors and donees) a pause. From a donor point of view, giving to a missionary or church that has a link to a donor page is a breeze. A form pops up and the donor can give online. The service sends an email documenting your giving and the site has a report that will show you your giving history. However, if a donor goes directly to the Continue to Give site, they will be very confused and lost. Maybe the donor shouldn't be going to the site directly, but the option exists to create an account as a giver. Once the account is set up, there is no direction as to what to do next. From a donee point of view, the service has some nice features. I manage a missionary organization, and the ability for donors to give to support a particular missionary is a benefit. Again, the reports for donations are very helpful but sometimes inaccurate. My biggest problem is when the report says an ACH donation has failed when it has in fact gone through. My other peeve is in trying to match individual donations to the batches that are posted to our bank. I export the giving transactions and mark the individual giving to match what came into the bank account. Between having to look up ACH vs CC batches and multiple batches in one day, it can be quite a chore. The recently added batch reporting helps, but that report can't be exported and only shows one day at a time. I will say that the support team for Continue to Give is very helpful and responsive. They have assisted me with any issues I have had in short order. Overall, I have to say I am pleased with Continue to Give, even with its shortcomings. There is no donation service quite like it, especially for missionary organizations. Reporting is good and the integration with a church/missionary website is excellent. I've not used some of the features that are available for churches (like the kiosk and mobile apps) but they look very well thought out. And the pricing compares favorably to other methods I have looked at. I would recommend it.

Confusing set up for organizations and missionaries. Reconciling donations to batch bank deposits.

We went active with Continue to Give the week before the shutdown in 2019. It has allowed our church to continue to accept donations electronically which is an added option for giving.

Pros

It is a good price for what you get. It is easy to use for our donors, financial secretary and bookkeeper.

I do see see any cons at this moment in time.

When our church giving relied primarily on people being present and submitting check or cash, a snow storm on a Sunday could seriously disrupt our cash flow. Two Sundays in a row could have created a crisis. We started working with Continue to Give well before the COVID-19 crisis, so our cash flow ended up being seamless, even while not meeting in person for five months! They're system cooperates with our database (Breeze), so tracking and reporting giving is easy. I'm grateful to have Continue to Give on our team.

Pros

The support is there to help us and our contributors use the system well. We have been able to create multiple funds as specific initiatives arrive, like a missions trip or a building project.

Cons

The online interface for contributors could use an aesthetic update.

Pros

Staff are friendly and helpful while setting up process. They keep in touch to inform me of new features.

Cons

Our last credit card processing company raised rates so we looked for a more affordable option for our small church. Continue to Give has given us the opportunity to accept on-line donations during this time of pandemic and church closures. I have no complaints about this software. My only suggestion would be to enable donors to designate donations for a custom cause that may not yet be built in to the drop down menu available to them. Like a memo line on a check, but a digital comment line that I could see on the report or on their receipt.

The recurring donations keep people from forgetting to make donations to the ministry. This helps to keep our support as missionaries regular.

Pros

We so appreciate the customer support at Continue to Give. The website takes a little to figure out but provides exactly what we need. It would be a little easier if there was a formal training session. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a great help in figuring out how to use the website. We love that the software does recurring donations and it keeps those donations reliable

Cons

We would love to have the software be able to draw daily instead of weekly. There seems to be a new fix with that and we will be trying it to see how well it works.

Let me say first that C2G is great, it is very easy to use even for those with little computer savviness, and is a very good value. At this point, I think all things are in order and are now running smoothly, but initially, our church accountant was having all sorts of trouble tracking donations with a big delay between when the donation is processed on C2G and when it arrives in our bank account. Credit card processing was also quite clunky with Prolific, so we had a difficult time tracking down those donations for some time (hence 3\* for F&F). All of that is ok and is, in part, in the nature of starting up a new service of this magnitude, but the harder part was the lack of customer service to help deal with these issues. Our accountant had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone at C2G for a while and so that slowed the issue down. So we will continue to use C2G as we do like it overall, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in customer service, and especially with new clients who may need guidance in getting everything going correctly.

Pros

Price, ease of use across multiple platforms (computer, phone, Facebook, etc.)

Cons

Functionality is a little clunky (there seems to be a considerable delay between donations being posted and when they are put in the bank account, but that may be normal I don't know). Also, customer service is a bit slow in response.
