There has only been one instance where there was a glitch in the system and we were unable to receive a donation right away. Once Customer Service got involved the problem was solved in a timely fashion. We would like to know more about the best ways to attract more people to our Continue to Give sight. Funds go directly into your bank account. The only issue I had was with recurring donations, but they recently corrected that. Which says they are listening to their customers. Ease of the software was very easy to understand and use to present my mission trip and to try to achieve my goal. Wish I would have gotten more support but that may have been because my presentation didn't appear important enough to catch the readers attention or seem important enough for them to contribute to support the cause.
