Don't expect it to be the greatest RMM out there with tons of reports with all the bells and whistles, but it is decent, always moving forward, and going in the right direction.

Pros

I like that Syncro allows unlimited client installs and you are only billed for addons like antivirus on top of your per user bill.

Cons

The part that bothers me the most is there are request for feature updates / fixes that are made, but they never happen. Also support responds a lot with "We will pass this along to the developers"

We are solving the problem of easy contact with customers for our clients who are out in the field and want to use their phones native SMS functionality to stay in touch with their customers and leads while away from a computer and tablet.

Pros

This is one of the few live chat software that allows users to receive chats directly to their phone as an SMS and not through the application. This is something which brings the user-friendliness and ease of use and functionality to a new level for field service techs who want to stay in touch with customers through their phone instead of having to log into an app.

Cons

Its really excellent for what it does, I don't have any complaints at all so far.
