Its made it easier for the employees and WAY easier for me. I used to have excel spreadsheets with a million pdfs but now its all in one. I also can check them easily on my phone. I will literally check expenses while riding in the car or waiting in lines... it sounds dumb but I check them as they come in instead of the day before payroll. Its been a much better process for me. Cons I cant make certain edits on employee expense reports so I have reject them and make the EE change it. I would prefer full edit ability and for the ee to see what was changed. And the itemizing feature is clunky. The AI doesn't do good at that. Pros Easy to use for our road reps between tracking expenses and mileage it is a complete tool for our guys to use. Easy customer service as well Cons App will freeze from time to time when tracking and it causes devices to over heat. The app is great and easy. Our employees love it. Cons One thing that's a more inconvenience than a con, is being able to select multiple reports to export to QuickBooks online at a time. At this point we have to click into one report at a time to export to QuickBooks. I would also love to see a timekeeping option that also works with QuickBooks online and QuickBooks Payroll so we have a 1 stop shop.
