It's been great so far; made my job easier

Pros

It makes it easy for the user to scan their receipts and attach to their expense and not have deal with faxing or scanning and emailing them

Cons

We could use more free training for the users (not necessarily for the admin)

This is an amazing product that we used to replace Expensify in our organization. Much cheaper option with the same features. The auto receipt scans work great. The reports are easy.

Pros

Easy to use apps and amazing customer service!

Pros

Zoho software is platform where you can track expanses of your employees.You can track and control your employee expanses.In this software you add policy for any allowance like Travel allowance allows 1200$ to marketing team and 1500 $ for sales team ,they cannot allowed to apply more than this expanse.In Admin console of the software you can manage Users,setting,integration and budget etc.There are many reports in to software.You can add corporate card for payment transaction in to software.

Cons

This is very good software for nay company either start up or a big company.It works in more good way if you use Zoho books with this software.I dont have any dislike of the software.

Its easy to use and deploy. Takes very little training of staff to get them using (and loving) it.

Cons

I would like to be able to pay my employees directly once expense reports are approved, but was denied that feature.

We are able to keep track of our outgoing costs through the receipts and what they were for. Quick and easy to use system that we migrated in quickly.

Pros

This product was easy to use first starting out. My staff was able to understand quickly what the app wanted from them to make them fully filled out. We are able to track our receipts and all of the expenses going out.

Cons

Autoscan does not communicate with everyone's phones well.

They had all of the features that we wanted.

Used for both of my businesses, instant view of AR and sales to cost ratio, invoice generation, payment reminders, expense scanning and reporting for income tax, and monthly/annual reporting.

Pros

Both the expense and invoicing applications are easy to use, simple to set up, have flexible set up options, multiple sort and search options, functional email and mobile receipt automated entry, reasonable reporting, import and export functions, and responsive support.

Cons

It takes a while to scan receipts. I scan them all using auto scan, then next time I'm in I process the previous scans to categorize and modify as necessay.

Pros

This software was extremely cheaper than its counterparts. My boss implemented it since we are part of the Zoho family and it has been a breeze to submit expenses, mobile and all!

Cons

I can’t say anything bad. Our implementation has been very recent and being that it can do everything our more expensive software can do, well, it’s a no-brainer!

Zoho Expense keeps us organized and saves us time.

Pros

The ability to input expenses and capture an image of the receipt or invoice on the fly makes my life so much easier. No more piles of receipts laying around for a month. I enter it in Zoho Expense and take a picture of the receipt. So simple!

Cons

We are based in Canada and have employees across North America. The only minor issue we had was that we had to setup two organizations with different base currencies. It would be nice if you could set a base currency per user. That way we could all be in one organization. Not a deal breaker for us though.

I discovered Zoho on accident and as a realtor I have been grateful for it ever since! It's easy for me to track my expenses. I love using the mobile app and just recently began using the desktop site. All of it flows with ease and I really can't say enough about it and the value is great!

Pros

Love how easy it is to use. The auto scan feature is HUGE! It makes an intimidating task like doing your taxes so simple.

Cons

I haven't found much that I don't like about this software.

They do respond to your customer service enquiries but it would be so much better if I could book in to their calendars rather than emailing back and forward. They do eventually solve the problem and help you. Just be patient.

Pros

I love the functionality of the tools. It really is a one stop shop for all you could need when starting up. The price for what you get is also incredible.

Cons

It took the support team a while to get me set up and it seems there are big gaps in instructions and the support teams instructions didn't make sense to me. so I had to organise a confernece call each time which for every time i needed help has taken weels. But now that I am set up and know what I am doing its great.

Reason for choosing Zoho Expense

Because it integrates with zoho invoice which is what I use.

The ability to enter all our office expenses electronically, and capture all the receipts with my phone's camera, is a real time-saver. And everything is uploaded and stored in the cloud, so I can work anywhere and anytime!

Cons

Sometimes the App Server syncing is very slow even though I'm on high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Email alerts are getting delayed sometimes.

The speed of uploading and coding expenses. The system is very quick to see patterns and allocate expenses accordingly

I have tried and not succeeded to get the GST component to be automatically added in. I have to do that for every expense item.
