It is stupidly easy to use. Integrations are great all around. It is just simple, easy, and quick to use. Cons The scanner functionality doesn't always get it right. Cons Only allows you to account for reimbursement in a single home currency. Have to manually select tax type and input tax total on expenses vs. having it scanned. Switched from [Expensify](https://www.capterra.com/p/97594/Expensify/) Expensify's QBO integration didn't work for us and their support was terrible. Staff is now responsible for their own expenses. Pros It's inexpensive. Easy to set up and explain to staff how to use. Easy to have separate companies for different currencies. The design is nice. Editing submitted reports is easy and fast. Cons When you create a new user and you don't have enough free users available there is no way to pay for an extra account without losing the data you just entered. Better visibility on how many free accounts you have would be better as it would save time redoing the new user set up. When you want to pay for an extra account it takes to a completely new page and then doesn't return you to the New User set up page, this process could be smoother. Review Source RF Roger F. The app is great and the online web interface works really well. Pros This is a great app for small to medium teams to track receipts and submit reimbursements. The app is great and easy for staff to understand. The approval and reporting is really well done and easy for administrators to manage. Cons Staff reporting was in a different menu than expected. Took a little getting used to but makes sense now. Initially getting all staff on the same account was a little buggy but now that we are past that it works well. Review Source WA Waqas A. I love that I've never had to explain how to use it twice to an employee. Pros I use Zoho Expense from the admin side. I work with a large number of people who rarely use computers and Zoho expense is so easy to use, I've never had a follow up question from my less tach savvy coworkers. Cons I have no complaints. Cons I initially got this to save time and not have to manually import credit card transaction. Roughly two months ago Zoho Chase Bank Feed stopped working. The majority of our expense come from Chase Credit Card which make this process very time consuming. It took a long time to get the bank feed set up just for it to stop working. Pros It laid everything out with clear categories, synced between all my important accounts, and made it easy to add/adjust categories on the fly. All at a very reasonable price. Cons The basic features are fantastic, but there are specific premium features I'd like to pay for without all the extra extras I don't need. It is a small thing, but that would be exceptional. Pros I had a couple hundred receipts from a recent project that needed to be categorized and reported. Zoho Expense was a lifesaver with it's simple mobile app, photo upload, and auto scan. It even read foreign currency receipts pretty accurately (text was English, but currency wasn't USD) as well as handwritten receipts. Easy to add receipts to a report that's been compiled but not yet submitted. Will be using this a lot going forward I think. Cons Bit slow to read the receipts and digitize the information, but it's within reason. Changes made on the web version and the phone version take a little longer than expected to sync sometimes.
