We can track expenses by customer much easier now!

Pros

Reviewed Expensify and Concur. They are a lot more expensive and maybe visually more pleasing. Cant see much difference in funtionality though. Text recognition and Department and Expense Analysis are great.

Cons

A little text heavy but mobile app is very easy!

Pros

I was looking for a multi-level approval system. Zoho solves this challenge.

Cons

Had a challenge with mobile devices syncing mileage. Customer support was able to resolve.

Very easy to costumize according to what you are going to need. Perfect when working with teams that has strict rules when it comes to expenses. Scanning receipts is very awesome and decreases workload and increases productivity.

Cons

You can take a picture of your receipt, and it fills out the information for you (albeit a little laggy) Multicurrency support The reports and hierarchy work great Mileage tracking works great

Cons

Sometimes the scanner doesn't work the way you'd like but you can quickly fill in the details.

Simplified my life and made it so much easier to deal with expenses

Pros

I like that I do not have to carry paper around anymore. I can now simply take a picture on my mobile and the process starts.

Cons

I really can not complain about anything. Once you get familiar with the functionality it is really a breeze

It's good so far

Pros

It helps in storing all the expenses made from the employee's end, which gives the overall amount for all the expenses to the employer, it is making the work easier in terms of storing all the expenses

Cons

Sometime, it becomes difficult for a begineer to declare the expense as it is compex from a UI prospective.

Zoho is an effective organizational system.

Pros

This software is easy to use and well suited for it's purpose.

Cons

While the ability to categorize expenses into reports is nice, you should be able to submit lone expenses as not all belong in a category. It is also highly difficult to upload credit cards and use them to file for expenses.

It makes it easy to keep track of my receipts while I'm on the go for my business, then collect and collate them into clean reports I can keep for record and send to clients.

Pros

It laid everything out with clear categories, synced between all my important accounts, and made it easy to add/adjust categories on the fly. All at a very reasonable price.

Cons

The basic features are fantastic, but there are specific premium features I'd like to pay for without all the extra extras I don't need. It is a small thing, but that would be exceptional.

Saved me a ton of time and stress.

Pros

I had a couple hundred receipts from a recent project that needed to be categorized and reported. Zoho Expense was a lifesaver with it's simple mobile app, photo upload, and auto scan. It even read foreign currency receipts pretty accurately (text was English, but currency wasn't USD) as well as handwritten receipts. Easy to add receipts to a report that's been compiled but not yet submitted. Will be using this a lot going forward I think.

Cons

Bit slow to read the receipts and digitize the information, but it's within reason. Changes made on the web version and the phone version take a little longer than expected to sync sometimes.

Zoho Expense is incredibly easy to you - and best of all, it integrates well with QuickBooks.

Cons

There can be a bit of a learning curve for employees, but once that's successfully overcome, it's a very useful tool for any accounting department.

It is very user friendly. Easy to upload your expenses, and easy to keep track of what you have added and what has already been paid. Keeping track of what is yet to be paid and what has been approved already

Pros

it is simple, robust and It allow me to move forward towards an integrated enterprise. I like the brand, whatever software they release transmits honesty, hard work and willingness to solve my problems. They are in constant evolution, if sth is not perfect they will improve it shortly.

Cons

very US oriented, I wiush it would be more flexible in some options, more power in customization so our budgets and reports can fit better with our brand voice.

This is an easy-to-use system for a small team. Gets rid of paperwork that we have to archive and keeps everything digitally.

Pros

Automatic scanning of receipts Email ID for sending email receipts Ease of creating expense reports from receipts

Cons

No option to set up company credit cards without linking via the bank website Not as proficient in recognizing merchant names and placing them in categories automatically Would like more customization capabilities for expense types, setting up defaults, adding/hiding options and flags Inability to change the username (email address) once registered without deleting the entire account and starting from scratch

Zoho always strive to keep improving and I love growing with them. Love the email receipts function.

Cons

I'm confused as to how to do tax percentages (or to deduct personal usage). So for example my phone bill is 50% tax deductible and I can't find a way to show this.

Direct feed of bank transactions and scanning of receipts make expense recording and matching easy. Speed of interface is very good.

Cons

Scanning of uploaded receipts takes a bit longer than it should and the matching process of expenses to bank transactions could be improved.

Pros

The ease of use of Zoho Expense is probably the biggest feature for me. I hadn't had too much experience with expense reporting software before, but it beats out Expensify in my opinion. The mobile and web applications are both extremely functional, and not bad on the eyes or fingers either.

Cons

Sometimes i'll accidentally hit the "claim reimbursement" button and receive money for things that I shouldn't, and then have to rectify that with payroll. But it's a minor thing and is completely my fault.

Pros

Cost was a factor and Zoho checked off all of our requirements and came in at about 50% less than other solutions.

Cons

Platform is not yet Multi Lingual. You must choose the language of choice for the entire company and currently cannot be set per user.

Pros

The scanning/parsing feature is amazing, one just need to upload the bill and it parses the info like vendor, date etc, ultimately one doesn't need to do much in order to upload a bill

Cons

After uploading, one needs to create a report which needs to be collated and submitted separately and this step looks like unnecessary

Pros

Simple to use and the auto scan for receipts works great while on the move. I started with the free version but quickly spread this across the team.

Cons

It fits my requirement so no issues. The free version has all the features you need but you will soon want to role this out to other members to simplify your processes
