Pros

The support was really good, the pricing an excellent value for what you are able to quickly enable in your organization.

Cons

It is almost too simple (though I prefer this) in that negative charges were not available for some time (they fixed it). We moved to an expense reporting system that allowed for travel booking as well. Otherwise I would have remained with Zoho expense. Was happy for the most part, users found it easy.

Pros

Cons

You have to wait 2-3 days for AMEX expenses to show up. Not great user support unless you are an admin

It wasn't immediately obvious how to submit expense receipts via the app, however once the first one is auto scanned, it was easy.

Overall a very positive experience so far. I will try with 1-2 clients first and then perhaps move others as well.

Pros

The account integration with QBO was easy to set up, as well as the connection to my credit cards.

Cons

I did have to troubleshoot my bank connection, but after a couple of attempts it was okay. Perhaps some specific instructions for Bookkeeping/Accounting practices would be helpful vs business set-up.

Pros

Very easy to capture expenses through the App and integrate with zoho accounting

Cons

Nothing in particular. Would have liked to easily turn off the approval process but I think that is just a learning and it is possible

Pros

This tool is used in the Company as the official tool to record the travel expenses of all employees, this is because it is easy to use and understand by users.

Cons

Really for me the tool is good and I dont have bad commenst about this software, so just have good experiences.

Pros

Delivers all the core features and them some, with top-tier ease of use and UX. An equal, if not superior, offering to top competitors at a lower price point.

Cons

The only (minor) piece of constructive feedback I can think of: the requirement to initiate a reimbursement after approving an expense report feels redundant. Some of our approvers initially assumed that approving the expense report was the final step for the submitter to be reimbursed.

We can set the SOP, review the expenses, and set up the flow of approval.

Nothing, N/A, please update software soon.

Cons

Having a non-changeable window of 15 to approve expenses is way too limited. Soho should leave it up to the Business on the approval window, 10 days, 7 days or shorter. But, a 15 day only approval window is limited and short sighted.
