### "Zoho Makes Expense Processing Easy"

Pros

I like the intuitive interface, easy expense submission. The custom workflows for approval make it easy to route expenses for secondary approvals based on value.

Cons

Overall a very good tool. Sometimes the additional documents attached to the reports can be overlooked at first glance, but not a major concern.

Overall I am very satisfied with my experience using ZOHO the last couple of weeks. My next step is to present it to the partners of the company for there opinion.

Pros

I've been researching expense reporting software for a little while and found what I was looking for in ZOHO expense. The ability to customize so many different settings is a plus in my book since other applications out there don't have the same flexibility. Also, the application is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I didn't find anything i didn't like about the software

### "Zoho email receipts is the greatest convenience"

Pros

We consult for two companies and use Zoho receipts and Wave receipts. The receipt photo functionality on the app is relatively equal. When it comes to the email receipts - Zoho is miles ahead of Wave. The prediction of the account works great too. Love that Zoho also suggests the exchange rate to be applied for each expense.

Cons

Uber receipts are not auto-scanned properly (at times which is even more frustrating). I was on a trip and used Uber in Houston, London and Paris this week and Zoho is having about 50% accuracy in recognizing the emailed receipts from Uber.

Pros

Keeps great track of where the money is that we've given out in our organization, and I always know who has request money and whether they've spent it, and on what

Cons

Not very easy to figure out, and online seminars are not convenient at all in our time zone (they only happen around 7pm for us, when we're all no longer at work). Once I got it working, it has definitely improved our quality of expense tracking

The overall experience has been great thus far, and we are looking to become paying subscribers once the trial expires.

Pros

The ability to be flexible with policies, using multi currency, and the ease of uploading receipts.

Cons

There were no standout issues, when comparing to other expense software, the flexibility fo Zoho Expense is far greater, to meet the needs of a complex organisation.

Pros

I could see all the potential Zoho expenses had with the ability to integrate with all the other Zoho products and services they provide. Unfortunately that did not help in my situation and I'm not sure if I'll be able to make this software work for me in the future but I will continue to try

Cons

The big con for me is not being able to integrate with many third-party applications or services. They want you to stay inside these Zoho infrastructure of course to make more money but that affects me cuz I have to make so many changes on my end for that to work.

Pros

The ease for users to figure out what they need (multiple pathways); the flexibility to handle various expense scenarios (company paid, credit card, user paid, billable/non-billable, etc.)

Cons

Sometimes I have to pull expenses for credit card integration; advanced coding would need to be done in accounting software

It is so easy to use and for users the instructions are simple - we have a small team and all users think it is great

Cons

It does not inegrate with all expense cards - we use Tide which does not work with Zoho but this is not a big major problem at all.

Pros

I love the autoscan option on the app. It makes scanning receipts to Zoho extremely easy.

Cons

First of all, the app & desktop version are completely different. It is almost impossible to expense/match receipts on the app because it doesn't tell you which business the receipt is for when you are in the general view area (on the iphone app... android is different). On the desktop, when you click expense, if you want to see the card transactions, you have to go to another screen. It takes too long/too many screens to get to what you want to do.

We were looking for an automated expense report solution to make paper expense reports a thing of the past, as we have several salesmen that travel frequently and have to keep up with all paper receipts and then spend hours once back from their trip filling out an expense report. Zoho has made it easy for our salesmen to snap a picture of their receipt in real time through the app and easily compile expense reports in minutes! This was exactly what we were looking for!

Ease of use and ability to create an expense report within the app

Cons

Having the option to put a note on the expense while you are waiting for it to scan and auto populate information.

Pros

Nothing special. I like the color and the big letters (I don't need a glass!) That's nice!

Cons

Downtime of the server/connections (?) very often (in China)! I have good internet connection (other pages works), upload data to ZOHO (fill the boxes). Than hit the "SAVE"2 and it say, "no internet connection". I am try it again and again, - same result. At the end I need to quit. As this is not a real cloud application with continuous saving, - what I typed/filled is lost. I should start it again. Normally to make a bigger report once, I need to start twice or more times! DISASTER!

Pros

This is a really clean way to capture expenses in a digital form, submit expense reports, store them electronically, and overall get away from lost receipts and the awkward " he said she said" as to who lost the paperwork.

Cons

It would be nice to have a bit more customizability for fonts sizes on reports, as there seems to be a lot of white space that forces you into extra pages, when it could easily be less. Also some customizability ti decide whether or not to include amounts to be reimbursed on reports.
