It's literally made my life so much easier since we've been using it. Could not be more simple and captures all we need. Cons Not sure ease of use from administrators side, but as a user it is just really easy, simple, and fast. Pros This is a very light expense reporting app, the beauty of it is how you as an admin, can set up all the categories, allowances, formats and even reporting templates for the rest of the end users to make use of, making it snappy and super easy to use compared to other platforms. At the accounting level, employee reimbursement and director's reimbursement are handled separately. Pros It integrates very smoothly with the CRM system and with QuickBooks. Intuitive interface makes it very easy to use. Cons I haven't encountered anything yet. So far, I am quite pleased. This was very time consuming and we would lose receipts all the time. The picture capture feature of the mobile app is very impressive and it has been a big time saver and we rarely lose receipts. Pros I have found that this software speeds up my reporting considerably. The picture taking feature and automated reading of the receipt are excellent. Cons For us there are no Cons at this time. Cons All expense reports have to be submitted by the base currency. It would be good to allow users to submit using different currencies, or have the ability to set up a base currency for users which is different than the base currency for the organization. Pros Simple to use. Autoscan of receipts while I'm on the go is priceless. I just scan and later put the receipt in the right report and I'm done. Cons Took a little time to understand navigation of putting receipts in correct reports, but once I understood it, no problem. Reason for choosing Zoho Expense first one I tried and liked it.
