Pros It integrates very smoothly with the CRM system and with QuickBooks. Intuitive interface makes it very easy to use. Cons I haven't encountered anything yet. So far, I am quite pleased. This was very time consuming and we would lose receipts all the time. The picture capture feature of the mobile app is very impressive and it has been a big time saver and we rarely lose receipts. Pros I have found that this software speeds up my reporting considerably. The picture taking feature and automated reading of the receipt are excellent. Cons For us there are no Cons at this time. Should have use it earlier. Pros 1) easy of use 2) OCR of the receipt from the pic taken 3) Integration with Zoho Books 4) Reporting Cons Started it with a minor learning curve. Pros layout, speed of SmartScan, ability to add logo, filters on mobile app for improving resolution of images Cons too many clicks / taps on the mobile interface to get to the edit function of the photo. Reason for choosing Zoho Expense simpler interface, ability to define layout of photos on report, layout of GL codes on the report, a little easier to use. Cons All expense reports have to be submitted by the base currency. It would be good to allow users to submit using different currencies, or have the ability to set up a base currency for users which is different than the base currency for the organization. Pros Simple to use. Autoscan of receipts while I'm on the go is priceless. I just scan and later put the receipt in the right report and I'm done. Cons Took a little time to understand navigation of putting receipts in correct reports, but once I understood it, no problem. Reason for choosing Zoho Expense first one I tried and liked it. Simple & Strong Features based on actual requirement Cons The Pro Licence Should be Available for Individual User also . Currently the Pro Licence is for bunch of users ( like minimum 10 ) . Now, they each have a Zoho account to track their spending in, and since getting the receipts into the account is so easy, and they can see their own bankfeeds, it is working tickety-boo! Pros System has been easy to learn as I navigated through our first month of live data right alongside our users. Sometimes I wasn't sure of the answer to their questions, but was able to find out or give things a try to see what would work best for us. I am not tech-savvy in the least, and many of my users much less so, but we've gotten a handle on our expense management in only a few weeks. Pros What I most like about Zoho is the fact that they pretty much have all the basics covered, you can track regular expenses along with vehicle travel KM expenses. Also being able to use it for tracking company cards is handy Cons Would be nice if you could setup automated reports by month instead of having to create a new report every time.
