It allows me to do my job and give my clients what they expect from me without any issues. Pros Zoho provides everything I need for a small fraction of other software. Also, the features and abilities that it has. The reports I can run without having any issues. Cons The only thing I do not like is that you cannot bundle services or companies. Wish there was packages at a cheaper price for users who use multiple sections and for multiple companies. Would highly recommend to any small business looking for a fully integrated solution. Pros Zoho Expense is nicely integrated into Zoho book. I love that it is also tied to our credit cards and reminds me to scan the receipts immediately when the card is charged. The expense reports really go together nicely. Cons Sometimes it can be finicky when autoscanning receipts if the date of purchase and the expensed date come through differently. International currency is a little hit or miss as well. I just used the real time mileage tracker and that was really easy. Pros Once you got the hang of submitting an expense, it was easy and seamless to use. You can take a picture of receipts on your phone, so you don't have to worry about paper logs. I also like the chart that shows what you are spending your money on. If not for the affordability, I may not use the product. Customer service is acceptable. They email frequently to ask if I need help. Pros Zoho Expense is affordable for small businesses that would like to reimburse their employees electronically instead of using paper forms and paper checks. Cons The learning curve is average/moderate. I come from working with Emburse Analytics (previously Chrome River) and the user interface is different and takes getting used to. It isn't always self-intuitive. Many times I had to use Google to search for 'how to' do certain items. Also, as an admin, it was difficult to go through CSG Forte. They do not have experience with non-profit/union entities and you cannot use a different company for ACH transactions. Had I known how difficult it would be, I may not have subscribed to Zoho Expense. Under the stress of navigating taxes and regulations for start-ups, I found Zoho and decided to give it a try. I was amazed by the simplicity and convenient features on the interface. What I liked most about the product is that I could link my business credit card and the software could track expenses in real time and allow me to take a picture of the receipt and upload it on the spot, making it simple for IRS purposes. Connecting the cards was simple and straightforward. It is a plus because my client is big on Zoho. Pros I connects well to Amex and other cards. It generates a nice looking report. It also exports the raw data so you can create a pivot table of the categorized expenses. I can now focus on other facets of our administrative processes. Pros It streamlines my expenses process. Now I simply upload my receipt via the app and no longer have to painstakingly go through each one! Cons The minimum uploads per day is low.
