Excellent product especially for small to mid-sized business.

Pros

Easy to use at the desktop and the mobile app. Simply take a picture of a receipt and upload from your phone. It also flags duplicate entries so you can avoid double entries when uploading and/or approving.

Cons

Not much - works well. Occassionally is take a bit of time to scan/upload multiple receipts.

So far very pleased with the software and the support from the sales team supporting us.

Pros

It's a very flexible platform allowing for a good deal of customization. The ability to import pictures and have expenses auto-populate is great. The storing of receipts is also a very nice feature.

Cons

Can be a little buggy; I've had the app crash more than once trying to imput data. The website interface works well though and is very easy to navigate.

The auto scanning and categorisation of receipts is a lifesaver. Ability to create reports helps to organise tracking.

Cons

The default Excel export had too much info. It can be configured but perhaps have several templates.

It enables me to know exactly how much was spent as against how much was disbursed. It also enables to track very well with regards to the receipts uploaded how funds have been used.

We were seeking to find a more efficient way of doing reimbursements within our company so finding Zoho Expense with its decent response time from its customer service team as well as its informative videos were very helpful in me transitioning from our old paper process to the Zoho Expense process.

Pros

I appreciate how it is easy to customize the platform to fit the needs of my company.

Cons

I like how we can email our receipts to a unique email that correlated with our Zoho Expense account, however that unique email is very long.

Having a small business means being able to learn how to separate and keep track of literally every penny. When you're not sure what category to put that in you can create a miscellaneous one and then go back to move it very easily into the correct one.

Pros

I loved that you could create sub categories with in categories. Most other expense apps only give you specific categories to use but I could go even further with Zoho. I could not only add the sub categories but could also add other categories. Even the cost is nice. Zoho also allows you to move expense from one category to another. So if you make a mistake, it's easy to fix. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be to connect our bank account to Zoho. I tried a couple of other ones and it was stressful. Not with Zoho.

Cons

So far there isn't anything I don't like.

Made my expenses reporting easier. I would like it more if it was easy to figure out how to ouput to the simple excel spread sheet my company uses.

Pros

It's pretty easy to use, however, the ability send .jpegs or .pdf images of receipts fro my iphone disappeared.

Cons

The abity to send images of receipts went away. And, I couldn't find a way to bring it back. I would like it more if it was easy to figure out how to output to the simple excel spreadsheet my company uses.

Pros

Receipt capture and scanning is the key feature for us. With employees on the road, tracking receipts is a major chore. We're growing fast and looking for the Zoho Expense app to help us manage expense reporting.

Cons

Credit Card sync stopped working about six weeks in. To be fair, I haven't contacted support, just haven't had the time to focus on that.

Thanks to this application I can record expenses at anytime and anywhere. It's as simple as taking a picture.

Cons

The payment plans are very accessible. I would like the integration with Zoho invoice to be better. Sometimes it does not update when I have to correct some expenses.

Functional and does its job.

Pros

The cost was really the big decision maker for us. There were other expense report apps out there that were pretty amazing but very costly. This app is useful for our every day needs, is continuously being updated with new useful features and is easy to manage.

Cons

Not as user friendly as I would have hoped. Low end users struggle with picture taking, have had pictures not show up after they know they took them, and the IPad app only works in landscape view and doesn't have all of the features the mobile phone app provides. I would like to see Zoho become more automated with expense reports also.
