It is not yet something a new user can just start on without some training. Pros the features and usability. There is most of what anyone would need in a web and mobile app. Cons there are a few bugs. Primarily with the credit card link making duplicate entries. Support requests are reportedly forwarded to a service provider then no followup. I have created the categories I need and deployed it all to my users. Pros This product allows me to manage categories of expenses, rules for expenses, and people submitting them. I have no doubt that anything I need to do regarding expenses could be done through Zoho Expense. Cons I have had some users have challenges utilizing the App on older phones. Cons One thing I dislike is in the free trial there is a limit on the number of vendors/expense you can input. I was using the program long enough that I decided to upgrade to Zoho Books. Pros I really liked the ease of use of the web based and iPhone based application. Adding an expense is very easy to do and only takes a minute or two.
