Pros This software is extremely user friendly. You can download the app, and upload receipts straight from your phone. Categorizing is very simple on desktop as well once uploaded. Cons The app is great, however a feature that I would recommend is adding an option for gallons on fuel receipts. Being that we're in the trucking industry. That feature would have been helpful to us. Receipts are recognized quickly and then all I have to do is attach them to a report. Also great is how I'm able to track expenses through statements from my credit/bank cards by connecting their service to Zoho. Cons I'm only using it for expense reporting and management, so I guess the most frustrating thing is that the statement importing that used to be automatic has stopped working for my Chase accounts because of the required update. Pros The dashboard is very clean and minimal. I enjoy that it is easy to navigate and move around in. Cons I feel that its pricing tiers could be more friendly for smaller teams in terms of upload limits. Smaller teams might be forced into a higher tier that they do not really need. Pros Great software. So easy to use, zero training required. Also, great that it limits the accounts and projects to which users can assign their expenses. Cons Only con thus far is the integration with Zoho Books. It sends over all the expenses just fine. But there is no tie back to the Expense Report in Books, just each detailed expense. Zoho Expense should at least push the Expense Report number and person who submitted it into two fields in Zoho Books, so we can search and report on it easily in Zoho Books. Review Source AN Anna N. The report is generate and emailed to me for review. I also have the ability to reimburse immediately with ACH or send through the A/P. The best part is all electronic, no paper! Cons I have not found a con yet, as the software is very customizable.
