Pros This software is incredibly easy to use with your credit cards. It will import the transactions as they resolve and you just put them into a category and you're done. Super simple and it eliminates a lot of time on both sides of the equation​. Easier to submit and easier to review. Cons There have been several extended periods of time where this service was down. I believe post set up and initial learning curve, it will deliver exactly what I require. Pros Range of parameters which can be amended by myself to deliver exactly what I need. Cons I'm on the trial but have not yet experienced any major issues. Any minor I've been able to sort out, simply because it is so flexible with the user control elements. And it does UK VAT and allows me to tell it how to export to Quickbooks - other apps I've tried have been a nightmare due to their lack of flexibility. Pros I like that the software is cloud based and I can access from any computer or my smartphone app to add receipts for expense reports. Cons Non that I have seen so far. Emphasis on user creation, mainly multiple job roles can be added to a particular user with submitting and approval procedures. Cons 1.) It's not for free usage, SMEs can't afford for the subscription. 2.) Authentications are only restricted to the user profiles only, no feature to delegate if the user is absent. 3.)
