### "Great product with a few bugs"

The overall experience​ has been good and beneficial to the company, it lets us keep our books way more up to date.

Pros

This software is incredibly easy to use with your credit cards. It will import the transactions as they resolve and you just put them into a category and you're done. Super simple and it eliminates a lot of time on both sides of the equation​. Easier to submit and easier to review.

Cons

There have been several extended periods of time where this service was down. When it works it is gold, but it needs to work all the time

Pros

The application is very cheap compared to its competition. The user-interface is very simple and easily adoptable

Cons

Love all the third-party and module integrations, but need more. The automation process needs to be simplified for ease of use.

I have worked in the corporate world for years and just recently made a career move to a small business that didn't use any type of expense reporting application. I found this and it is wonderful and made life so much better for our accounting department.

Pros

I like the fact that it is user friendly.

Cons

I haven't really found anything that I don't like about the software.

I'm trying to reduce my workload and my employees. So far, so good. I believe post set up and initial learning curve, it will deliver exactly what I require.

Pros

Range of parameters which can be amended by myself to deliver exactly what I need.

Cons

I'm on the trial but have not yet experienced any major issues. Any minor I've been able to sort out, simply because it is so flexible with the user control elements. And it does UK VAT and allows me to tell it how to export to Quickbooks - other apps I've tried have been a nightmare due to their lack of flexibility.

UK VAT Flexibility with almost every aspect Very little is 'locked in'

Pros

Very easy to get to know. Also very reliable when it comes to needing help and getting that help from their customer service

Cons

Although it did take a few days for me to figure out how it worked through quickbooks, still a great experience. Made me learn more. This con really just turned out to be a pro.

Cons

As a sales person of a company you dont need to carry all the bills and you no need to wait till you come to office. All you can do is scan the bills and send it for your mangers approval.

Cons

I have not seen any flaws as on today. Maybe the UI part for the mobile app could have been better.

Pros

Excellent to have a detail of the expenses that are made and keep a copy of the invoices, avoiding that over time deteriorate. I like all the financial detail that you can obtain with the reports and it is also for multiple users the license.

Cons

I think that this software must be a billing software department. It really is very useful but I feel it is a complement.

Our submitters were having a really hard time submitting their reports, they always had a bug preventing them from submitting them. I decided to try another solution instead of trying to solve Expensify for them, and Zoho just worked out of the box.

I have been impressed by how quickly I could start using it across my organization - and everybody finds it a great help in keeping expenses organized.

Pros

The functionality of Zoho expense has been easy to learn, and it is easy to use. It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent organizing the information on different spreadsheets

Cons

Haven't found negative aspects yet, so far everything has gone pretty smoothly

Pros

I like that the software is cloud based and I can access from any computer or my smartphone app to add receipts for expense reports.

Cons

Non that I have seen so far. We have utilized this software since July 1, 2021.

Pros

Zoho Expense is super easy to use and has awesome functionality, such as receipt uploads. The administration of it and ability for our managers to use it is a breeze.

Cons

No real qualms here. Zoho Expense even has a free version that may suit your needs if you are a smaller company.

Pros

1.) Monitoring your expenses by establishing the escalation process (workflow) 2.) Since this is a cloud tool, we could remotely access the system and syncing in real time. 3.) Emphasis on user creation, mainly multiple job roles can be added to a particular user with submitting and approval procedures.

Cons

1.) It's not for free usage, SMEs can't afford for the subscription. 2.) Authentications are only restricted to the user profiles only, no feature to delegate if the user is absent. 3.) All the expeses should be entered to system otherwise for reimbursements this could be an issue.

Pros

love using the receipt picture. The auto fill is pretty accurate which saves time logging expenses

Cons

we have a few different businesses so it was difficult trying to figure out how to implement them all in an organized fashion. It has it limitations when dealing with multiple businesses. Unfortunately we had to open separate accounts
