Cons

Expenses must be categorized prior to inclusion in reports. It would be useful to auto-organize expenses based on vendor names.

Zoho has been great and we're happy we've moved to it. It's functional, easy to use and reasonably priced.

Pros

Very user friendly and easy to maneuver.

Cons

ACH Is hard to set up and administer. Support is lacking a timely reply.

Overall pretty good. I will recommend this and they can integrate with a lot of bank. Great card expense tracking.I recommend.

Pros

We are small team. Zoho expense help us track our expenses and easy to use get it as report help. User friendly and price is I like most.

Cons

Could have more expense categories.I need more expense tracking and report, most system is focus on expense approval.

Pros

I tried several programs for expense reporting, but Zoho gave the most features for the price. We have been very happy with it so far!

Cons

Haven't had any problems yet. There is a bit of a learning curve, but there is with most software.

Great product. Seamlessly integrates with Zoho Books. Very little time taken to train employees. Mobile app lets you scan bills on the go.

Cons

Some bugs - difficult to undo errors once they have been committed in Zoho books. Sometimes, manual intervention is needed.

Easy, no-nonsense expense tracking.

Pros

I'm a recent convert to Zoho Expense from another expense tracking software. I love Zoho Expense because it's so straightforward. No fancy attempts to 'revolutionise expense tracking' like some competitors. You upload (or forward from email) your receipts, it extracts the key data and makes it easy to categorise expenses, and then you can submit a report. If you need more complex features those are available too, but I haven't needed them yet. The basic functionality alone is great!

Zoho Expense was a great step towards standardizing our expense reporting process and making it mobile-enabled. Their support is responsive, and I love that I can engage with them via live phone call as well as email. I would definitely do it all over again.

Pros

The software is very flexible and allows you to configure it for how you run your business.

Cons

The Android and iOS mobile app experiences are slightly different. They work pretty well, but they are still under active development. That's great because the features keep coming. But, constant change is a little hard for some of our users to adapt to.
