It has expedited the time it takes to complete expense reports from the sales and service team with the phone app capability and makes it much easier for the accounting department to process. Pros It was so simple to set up for the entire company. Cons Not including the GSA Per Diem Tables. Although after a phone call with the support team, it seems as this feature will be added soon. May 7, 2019 5.0 This app streamlines my business allowing me to instantly record expenses. Now, I don't waste hours compiling an expense report at the end of the month. It's all done instantly allowing me to focus on running my business Pros Zoho Expense is so easy to use. The app is intuitive and the web portal simple. I can easily keep track of all my expenses. I take a picture of the expense as it occurs so I don't have to store loads of little paper receipts. I can track mileage as well. All in all this app and web portal mean I never miss a business expense. You can select whether to claim reimbursement or paid by company card. Cons I had to keep selecting tax manually each time, would save a lot of time if it remembered your choice and suggested it. And it also calculates each user entry, it saves you save time and headache. Cons Importing/sharing a copy of the expense to another employer was an issue for me, I'm still trying to navigate /getting accustomed to the platform, but so far so good. Review Source KP Karthik P. It is very effective to generate reports of monthly expenses and has multiple licenses which increases the shared use. Cons It is a bit complicated to generate expense reports. I think this may improve a bit. The approval process should be somewhat friendlier.
