It is very useful and easy to learn to use. Cons The receipt scanner, it helps a lot, it makes the job easier but it's not always accurate. It really is a great help. It would be nice if I could reject, have them correct and then re-submit. Pros The software took almost no effort to begin using effectively. It's easy to understand, easy to use, and has all of the features you need in an expense management system. June 29, 2020 5.0 Pros Zoho Expense is very easy to learn, implement, and start using right out of the box! Cons I wish Merchants could automatically sync with vendors in QuickBooks. We currently have work-arounds for this, but an auto-sync would be far easier. Mobile app captures and OCRs most of it, you fill in the blanks and submit. Using this in conjunction with Zoho projects, CRM, Books this improvement is beyond measure. Pros It's pretty much exactly the same as Expensify for 1/4 the cost and it's now integrated with our other Zoho solutions. Single platform! this cannot be EMPHASIZED enough! Cons it's not quite as refine and smooth but seriously, it's 1/4 the cost and the UI will get there eventually. It's not bad now, just not quite as smooth. Pros The process of scanning and uploaded the receipts is surprisingly quick and seamless . You can organize them by date or alphabetical order . The expense tracking is simple to setup and the app is sensitive to different types of currencies . Cons The search isn't 100% optimized and it can be hard to find what you need after a point . The interface has a bland feel to it and could benefit if more colors were included .
