It has reduced the administrative burden on the Accounting Team. Pros Ease of use! The system is relatively intuitive and easy to use. This made for easy onboarding for my team. Cons In order to get the AMEX feeds working you cannot connect through a master business account login. Each individual user has to establish separate login credentials. You can easy scan the receipts via the app which upload in seconds to your new expense report. The report looks very clean and looks professional. The dashboard give you in one blink of an eye a good overview of which expenses are still pending and which are approved for payment. With Zoho expense I now immediately scan them and add them to the monthly expense report. it saves me a lot of time (and money) Pros Automated scanning of the expense tickets is awesome. Also the easyness to split expenses en take out parts you don't want to see re-imbursed. Further, it is super easy to quickly add a new currency.
