Cons

Uploading scan copies of bank statements not possible - must be in specific PDF format Summary Expense Reports by category not that easy

We looked at multiple softwares and we are glad we went with Zoho. The features it offers, for the price is great.

Pros

It is a reasonably priced, easy to use platform. Receipt scanner is a great feature.

Cons

Only dislike is not being able to work on building an expense report when you are not connected to the internet.

Cons

1\. The pricing, though is less than other products, it could be cheaper for India based businesses. 2. A new user gets confused between new expense and new report.

Pros

You can use the software from your phone and your desktop which is extremely user friendly. You can add expenses in easily on the go from your phone as they come in.

Cons

The website is very involved. I think it could be simplified a bit to make it easier for a less tech savvy crowd.

It is excellent to keep expense receipts to generate expense reports by category and to control expenditures by approval flows.

Cons

In the application, when taking the photo of the receipts, I would like the load to be a good quality but in black and white and as light as possible.

Pros

Im reviewing because it asked for a review and will extend the trial by 60 more days and well I have to be honest its too soon for a full review. However it seems as if it is intuitive and with the AI time will tell. And since AI can only be as good as the user or client everything has pros and cons. However it seems to grow with the user and open more features and expand like most software. Its easy to navigate so far hopefully will be smooth sailing all way through. Will write a follow up review in few weeks.

Cons

Nothing at this time have not tested any other competitors.

Allows me to track all our enterprise expenses in one place. For our employees, expense recording and submitting has become super easy with the mobile app which brings everyone into one simple structure.

Pros

Easy integration with Zoho Books. Clean functionality. Easy to use interface which allows people with even basic computer skills to use and report - esp the mobile app. Allows me to capture and keep all our enterprise expenses, small receipts, etc in one place and save the hassle of keeping all these small papers and tracking them over an year.

Cons

The system of reporting and recording advances and settlement against the advance could do with some improvement.

Like that is cheaper than expensify. And that there is automatic invoice scanning / billing

Cons

Interface is a bit dated, and not obviously on how to process payments. Also integration to banks and cards is a bit jenky

Pros

Does everything we want it to do. Employees are able to record and track their expenses and submit them for approval. The whole process is easy and saves our employees and bookkeepers HOURS of time EVERY month.

Cons

Credit card syncing integration is clunky and bank feeds are sometimes broken. Last time they were broken it took over a month to fix. This was problematic. If this issue was fixed rating would be even higher.

Accountability for business expenses being reconciled was a big win for us. No more trying to remember who paid for what and finding multiple receipts.

Pros

What worked well for us what the ability to scan receipts from our mobile devices and quickly build an expense report for a given trip or occasion.

Cons

Challenges getting expenses not associated with a predefined trip or occasion. But their support team helped us get past that hurdle.

Timesaving and very nice to keep track of the expenses in an easy manner.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to setup! I like that I can email receipt and it comes inside Expense. Its nice that it has an app and the web version is also beneficial from time to time!

Cons

I would like to be able to print the receipt with the detail that I put in inside every expense that I add. That way it would be easier for my accountant.
