Cons

Credit cards did not work well. Did not recognize corporate cards.

Very easy to use and efficient way to submit expenses for work

Pros

Like how you can drag/ drop receipts and it will auto fill the information for you

Cons

Wish I didn't have to create a new "report" every time if I had already submitted one and just need to submit one more expense

From time to time does not capture duplicates, the process of reports is cumbersome but once learnt simple enough

Zoho Expense has made collecting everyone's receipts much easier. Our company is a fast paced seasonal business, it's not always convenient for our employees to get there receipts turned in at a timely manner.

Pros

This software is very easy to navigate.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like so far.

Zoho was recommended by another company I work with. I honestly had no idea an app like this was available.

The features are great and easy to use. I use many of Zoho programs besides just the Expense.

Pros

I like the ease of being able to drag and drop a receipt and the auto scan feature.

Cons

I have not come across a feature that I dislike just yet.

Pros

The receipt scanner is the best I've seen on the market, compared to many others but this was well and above, Barely any changes needed to be made before exporting reports

Cons

Slightly more expensive than other competitors, you get what you pay for though.

We are a non-profit volunteer organization and this app will help us track all of our expenses from various volunteers over the year. Now we will have a central location for all invoices and receipts for accounting and audit purposes. My interactions with the Zoho team has been very good, they have been responsive to my questions when I need help.

Pros

It was very easy to setup and start using with the free trial. We were able to see how this solution would help our organization quickly. The fact that it auto scans the receipts and recognizes most of the main information such as vendor, date and amounts works great and in some cases faster than some competing products in this space. This really cuts down on time it takes to enter expenses and create reports.

Cons

So far there isn't anything that I really have any issue with. We are not using all of the functionality of this solution yet since we are small organization and don't have need for some of the more advanced functions.

I need to get contractors to submit expense reports so I can bill the client - this made it so easy they completed the reports faster - faster billing, faster payment!

Pros

Ease of use - I have a number of contractors who work for several people - this made it so simple for them to do their expense reports in minutes! Really nice.

Cons

Can't think of a single thing! It does what it says it does and then some!

Since I am very new to this software I will need to explore longer to make an educated evaluation of what I like least.

Pros

Automatic reading of receipts and email receipts, ease of putting together expense reports, ability to recommend feature (LOVE this, and being able to see which ideas are being implemented by Zoho)

Cons

Inability to detect duplicate expenses, not sure how restaurant receipts work (with having to scan/submit both the itemized receipt and the credit card charge total)

Pros

coherence, multitude of options for managing different situations (although at aggregate). Connecting to other solutions in the eco-system is what keeps it going. In my attempt to find the best possible, I'm hoping to make full utility of this.

Cons

\-there are too many things happening in the screen, for an admin it could be important but not for the end user (submitter of expenses) -the report form is a little confusing for some people, simply having individual expenses seems to function, but I'm sure you went through this thought process before

Use it to track expenditures on my corporate card.

Pros

It was very easy to use the first time I tried. Intuitive and simple. Didn't take long to complete my expense report.

Cons

I hated having to take photos with my phone, then email them to myself, then download and upload. Using an app would have been less time consuming.

Pros

The ability to send in receipts via email as well as an app was useful. The ability to add custom fields is also a great feature.

Cons

I had some difficulty creating reports of expenses if they belonged to different expense reports. It would be great to be able to use some sort of tagging to allow categorization of receipts that are emailed in.
