We moved from Google Sheets, which was very good, but Zoho Expense is so much better. This makes it much easier for reporting at tax time. Pros The ease of use of the product. You are able to get up and running very quickly. Once you add invoices, you can begin creating reports. Cons It does take a little bit of time to get familiar with the admin side, and a little bit of time for staff to get to grips with some of the settings (so that they submit claims correctly. Would also be useful to have a 'cash returned' section as well as a 'cash advance' section and have the system calculate the net advance amount. Review Source MS Mukund S. If you're looking for an easy to use app that doesn't require a lot of unnecessary additions and doesn't break the bank, this is it. Cons historically, when i see "zoho" i immediately think of it as a knock-off of another premium service and have low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised here. My company has tested and implemented several of zoho software options. It really nice to be able to compete on a larger scale without the expense of it. Having the ability to route for approvals is also helpful for our accounting team who previously had to chase down the approvals. Super easy to set up in QB too!
