There should be a setup wizard that (like HR Block, etc) asks leading questions and helps you finish your setup

We were trying to find a tool where team members could complete expenses digitally so there was consistency and accuracy. It was a bit clunky at first. Many had questions and there were pages of instructions to go through. A simple quick step by step instruction would have been nice. However, once we figured it out, it became pretty easy.

Pros

Once you learn how to use it, it is very easy to complete the reports. I like that after you complete the report, you automatically get a PDF version of the report.

Cons

It was a bit confusing at first to figure out. Like how to edit, etc. But after you figure it out, it's pretty user friendly.

Pros

My first experience with Zoho Expense was on business travel. I loved how I could take a picture of a receipt and do a quick entry so I wasn't bogged down with trying to do my expenses later.

Cons

So far, I don't have any things I like the least.

It hasn't performed to the level that it should. We have been put off by their back office support issues.

Pros

Intuitive platform and easy to roll out and use if it functions the way ZOHO markets it on all of its functionality. Beware of direct feed issues on VISA cards.

Cons

Have been using this platform for about 2 months now with 15 subscriptions and it has been riddled with direct feed integration issues, where for us none of our transactions from VISA card would sync with their system.

the Autoscan feature, it is very simple to send a receipt, just forward to the autoscan address and zoho does the rest

the fact that the receipts are not automatically ordered by date in the receipt inbox

Overall the experience has been very positive, it has helped us speed up processing expense reports, and keeps the receipts that back up charges neatly organized.

Pros

We looked at multiple other expense reporting services and this was by far the best value for our business.

Cons

One of our users had a problem where all the receipts they uploaded from their phone would disappear after they logged on from their computer, but they worked with customer service and were able to resolve the issue.

Zoho's ease of use regardless of what device you're accessing it from makes it easy to use and when it come to expense tracking, that's a big part of the battle.

Cons

Integration with our accounting software was challenging to set up and get right...some bugs.

Simplifying and streamlining the expenses process for a growing business.

Pros

How simple it is to attach receipts to expenses, group them into reports and make a claim. This makes is very easy for those on the move to submit expenses.

Cons

The website version can be a little clunky to use when attaching receipts, I would recommend expense claims are made via one of the apps. It can also be a little tricky to perform admin work as the website isnt the most user friendly.
