Pros We love how easy the software is to use - both as an admin and as a user. I had to reach out a couple of times to support with a question and customer support response time was fantastic ! Cons The only thing I do not like about the software is that I cannot pay a cash advance out through it via ACH. But they said they will consider it for a future upgrade. I use it all the time and piloting my expenses just got a lot easier. Cons I'd like it to recognize the receipts better and categorize them automatically. I haven't understood well the point of submitting reports though. One thing I'd love to improve, is to be able to synchronize my bank card on it! I know it's available in the US but not in France. It would be nice if we could submit one off expenses without creating an expense report for them.
