I've had to change categories, approval routing, and users many times but changing everything was very easy compared to the program we had been using. And from what the Zoho programmers are telling us, other changes and functions we would like available are in the works. Pros Ease of use; customer service very responsive to our requests and needs. August 30, 2018 4.0 Zoho expense has been a great addition to our church's business processes. We love it! Pros We are a small church, yet desired to streamline our expense reporting process. Zoho has accomplished that and more. It has allowed us to be more efficient with how our employees report their business expenses, and it has allowed me as an administrator to more effectively and quickly provided financial oversight for how our employees spend the church' s money. Cons If I have to the take the software to task on any of its' features it would be regarding its overall user friendliness. September 13, 2019 5.0 For a large/growing company, this is a terrific way to cut costs and become more automated as an organization. Pros And easy-to-use automated process that cuts back on unnecessary time and back-and-forth emails regarding expense submissions. This is exactly what was wanted. Cons There are a lot of features on here that we do not use. It would be great to disable them, because it can be a bit confusing to set up and figure out the few features that we do use. " October 3, 2018 5.0 We tried a different web-based tool a few years ago and when it didn't work we went back to Excel sheets. Zoho Expense has quickly made those Excel sheets entirely unnecessary. Pros Clean interface which helps it be completely user-friendly and intuitive Cons Not 100% is custmizeable, even though the vast majority is. We have to manually insert exchange rates since we have set rates each month.
