Used this for an expense trip to toronto, even had a CAD to US converter right in the app. Cons Some differences in just adding a receipt and full trip were confusing, but that could be different for each company. I was managing this in Excel and can't believe I spent 3 years not using Zoho. Pros I like the Chrome Plugin that allows you to take a picture of the receipt and it uploads automatically to Zoho Expense. Cons I wish I could select multiple expenses and add them to the same Category at the same time. Screens are fast loading and software is intuitive. In general you can customize it pretty well. Categories are good. Editing expenses is pretty easy also. Cons Would like more flexibility in naming conventions. Also it would be good to be able to run searches and reports on UN-SUBMITTED expenses. As users enter expenses they are duplicating some as it's hard to see and find them until they have been submitted.
