Simple and intuitive to use. Easily configures with my accounting software. Saves me a ton of time an entrepreneuer.

Cons

It was not obvious in the initial set-up how to avoid having two unconnected accounts however the customer service team quickly fixed the problem

user experience, easiness to use as a user and as an admin, integration with Zoho Books, mobile app being very effective

Cons

nothing really... IT matched all my expectations. Our company has around 100 employyes but even at enterprise level I would recommend

Overall it seems to be OK will do another review during the next test phase. I seem to like the look and feel of the software.

Pros

The fact that it can be integrated with Zoho books Will like to explore more to be sure it is what we want as what we were looking for was just a procurement module.

Cons

Not yet fully checked but will be looking forward to exploring further integration possibilities and how to fine tune the process map.

LOVE is the best description. This is saving me oodles of time. Never thought it could be this simple.

Pros

It is so incredibly simple to use. That I can simply email my receipt and it does the rest. Amazing.

Cons

I don't see an cons, I am totally in love with this tool. The only hesitation I had was the approval process but didn't take me long to get the hang of it.

So far the customer support has been top notch during my trial period and very happy with how much customization there is. I am implementing this as a tool for a company that bills customers based on time and materials

Receipt Auto Scan feature is just perfect. So far it has made it easier for us to keep track of expenses along with receipts earlier it used to be very cumbersome dealing with excel sheets and receipts separately.

Cons

No cons, but just a suggestion to make the app more user friendly for Android Users. Also, inclusion of languages like Hindi.

Zoho is the best app I have discovered to capture expenses and travel mileage. It is fairly easy to create a report.

Pros

I like the ability to scan receipts on the go. I like not having to fill out a form and save it to a folder.

Cons

I don't like that the images are sometimes blurry when scanned. Take a picture of the receipt first and then enter it.

This is a great tool for capturing expenses on the go. It tracks your phone so you can easily enter mileage for any expensed trips. And, the document capture for receipts is a cinch. Really great for keeping expenses organized while on the go!

Cons

Was a bit tricky to connect to my other Zoho account because I accidentally created a new account in Expense. Got it figured out after a bit of poking around and had to move some expenses over.

Pros

is very easy to use. it saves time by auto populating my expenses along with the entries such as name of vendor category and amounts.

Cons

The free plan is very limited. With the free plan you have to manually input expenses. Many other applications auto populate expenses on the free plan.

I use it as a way to manage business receipts and expenses. I know there is a lot more one could do with such a robust program, but for my small need it works perfectly.

Pros

Ability to easily scan receipts and get actionable reports fast. Shares PDF versions of reports to emails, and so much more.

Cons

Sometimes information from OCR didn't translate as intended, but seemed to improve with use and I found new ways to make better pictures.

Takes a while to figure out how to import credit card csv files. Not as clear as expensify on that end. But in all other aspects, much simpler than expensify.
