Pros

I’ve had no new issues using Zoho Expense. It has slightly better integration with Zoho books now with contact syncing.

Cons

I still have minor issues with currency selection on auto scanned invoices. It can also be tricky to assign different taxes in special cases.

Expensify did not integrate with Zoho books as easily.

great value addition and simple and effective tool for small companies .

Pros

Great value for money for filing and submitting expenses . Key feature is drop and drag and bring in expenses form yoru files which get automatically filed.

it was great, although for my organization, i think it would be better to add more features. besides that, everything was easy and great

easy to use, very handy and useful. The reports are great also and well performed for the organization of the expenses

Cons

more features. Less conditions to add them and also a larger period for the paid app. It was too short, specially for the ones who travel a lot. The scan feature is not that great

There was definitely a learning curve, but after running our team through the process, it seems to be a very easy way for everyone to submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Pros

Easy for my team to submit reimbursement requests, regardless of their technical background.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve when navigating "trips" vs "reports" vs "expenses"

Pros

Very helpful. The auto scan feature is absolutely a massive time saver. This literally saves so many hours of time.

Cons

I wish there was a higher daily scan limit as well as a higher monthly limit. They are willing to lift it with temporary exceptions.

I am mostly satisfied but feel that there are cheaper and less cumbersome ways to track business expenses.

Pros

It makes it easy to produce expense reports in a timely manner that are accurate. Zoho also allows for easier integration of payment/business cards so transferring receipts and statements into expense reports becomes much simpler.

Cons

The cost for the service seems to go up whilst new features don’t really seem necessary at times. I preferred when the software was not bogged down by clunky integrations.

I like that I can add expenses through the zoho expense app in my phone for ease of tracking and taking photos of my receipts.

Cons

Depending on how zoho is set up by the administration but there can be errors that can delay reimbursement.
