Pros

Finally found an easy to use expense tracking system that integrates well with Xero. The functionality is intuitive so training is minimal.

Cons

I have not found any disadvantages as yet for Zoho expenses.

Good

Pros

We have been using Zoho Expense for our company expense tracking and bill reimbursements. So far the feedback has been good. It's easy to use, and quite user friendly. I have personally never got lost using the application while filing for reimbursement or recording a project/company expense. Easy to upload receipts.

Cons

It would be awesome to have an option to edit the reports after submission, as a lot of items we make mistakes or forget to upload receipts. Right now we need to delete the report and create a new one.

Pros

Integration with scannable is a great plus, very good character recognition , and sometimes categorisation. Easy to make reports, most bills gets there. I save so much time using it. Integration with other systems a very big plus. Everything in the cloud. Great

Cons

problems with foreign letters like hindu/thai etc. But it will probably improve. With other alphabets the OCR have problems. That could be improved.

Just easy!

Pros

Being able to track my gas and food expenses as well as regular online payments is great!

Cons

Now I have a new phone.. I don't have any problems, having so many apps was a challenge, one app for all zoho products probably wouldn't work though - each one has to shine on their own.

Pros

Seems to have everything we need, at fraction of price Expensify wanted. We switched after Expensify raised our price and would not let us cancel service. (we canceled the card on file instead)

Cons

Has taken forever to get our corporate feed setup. But that may be our banks fault.

In the short time we have used Zoho Expense, I have found that our employees are submitting their receipts in a more timely manner because it's so easy.

Pros

The ease of use for both mobile app users and website users. I love that we can reimburse our employees via ACH. Another excellent feature is the duplicate expense warnings - that is incredibly useful to me. I love that we have the ability to edit the expense (e.g. correcting the date, adding the merchant) to ensure accuracy before we export the data to upload into our ERP system.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to set up. We have a complicated chart of accounts so it was quite a process to upload all our expense categories and set up the correct policies, but it's a vast improvement over our previous expense reimbursement program!

I really like the integration with zoho books. Our organization has been using zoho products since founding so it is very helpful to have all of our data in an inclusive system.

Cons

The interface on apple devices is lacking when compared to android.

User friendly, easy to setup. Have functionality to setup the rules for approval.

Cons

Still working on auto bank feed setup. Support team usually reply emails within 48 hours. Might be better if the turn around time could be shorter.

Zoho Expense will allow us to budget our expenses and give our Sales People an easy way to keep track of their expenses.

Pros

Our company has been using Zoho CRM for about a year and we are very happy with it. So when we decided to look for budgeting software, management decided to test drive Zoho Expense. Setting up the Users and the Chart of Accounts was easy to do. I tried different ways of submitting expenses. We did scanning, emailing and also submitted expenses via cell phone. I especially like using the cell phone. During our testing, one of my expenses was rejected and I received an immediate notice. I also like the ease of reporting. The reports are easy to create and also to submit for approval.

Cons

In doing the testing, I have not found anything that I actually dislike about Zoho Expense.

Zoho Expense has saved us money by saving administrative time. Instead of dropping receipts off to one person and having them code our receipts, managers can scan them and code them on the go. When their statement comes out they just check to make sure they have all their receipts and submit them to our accountant.

Pros

I love that I can snap a picture of my receipt and it automatically scans it for me. There are a few things that I still need to fill in manually, but overall that function saves me a lot of time. I am always on the go and travel to offices all over the country so this app has made it much easier for me to keep track of my expenses and report expenses that need to be reimbursed. I also love the accountability it creates for our employees. It's very ideal when you have your staff scattered throughout the country in different offices.

Cons

It's not that intuitive right at the start for the older generation or people without an understanding of how computers work. Anyone 40 and under though should pick it up right away.

The simplicity of the app. Anyone can use it regardless of skill and experience. We just integrated the app with Lyft Business and the experience is amazing.

Expense reporting took hours in the past, it is now a very simple process.

Pros

Expense reports are always up to date, simply take a photo and let the software do the rest.

Cons

Reconciling expenses to credits card charges for international expenses is difficult, the initial filter range is too broad and it is not possible to adjust charges even if they are out due to exchange variations by 1 cent.

Biggest Problem was for saving the bill, recording them and recollecting the prisce information at the time of submission of bills to accounts at the end of the month. With this at least you are not keeping your mind always in to managing the bill stuff.

Pros

Everything about the app is good - User Interface, simplicity, and quick online options for loading the details like milage, bills & other expenses. Good thing is with this app, you never need to save all bills - take picture of the bill or any expense at the time of expense and upload the same on the app which is very fast. Great App & I'd recommend it for everyone to control/track/record expenses in a very smart & efficient manner.

I started using this app from today but till now I really don't find any thing which I could write for disliking this app.
