I will continue to use it for my small business. It fits my current needs. Though as I scale up, it may start to show its weaknesses towards larger focused businesses. Pros I use freshbooks to generate invoices and collect online payments for my small business. It’s incredibly easy to use and didn’t take long to learn. I was able to get up and running quickly. My clients have also responded positively to it and appreciate how clean and professional the invoices look. They’ve mentioned that the format is straightforward and easy to understand, which makes the whole payment process smoother. Cons I've had a few issues with utilizing the reporting metrics. Some reports lack detailed reporting metrics. The workflows for accounting reports can feel a bit restricted at times. It invoices really well and I like the set-up of the invoice system. Cons I have been unsuccessful in having full account reconciliation and struggle with the system they have set up. I also am unsuccessful in getting my frequent purchases to get expensed to the same categories and companies each month.
