QuickBooks and any other platforms can not compare. There platform keeps your accounts connected not like QuickBooks. Pros The platform is super user friendly, easy to teach and the reports are amazing. Cons Pricing is the only thing but I feel that it is worth it compared to a lot of other platforms. Switched from [QuickBooks Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/190778/QuickBooks-Online/) QuickBooks cost was higher and the accounts will never stay connected on Quickbooks and I always had to call Quickbooks and it will work for a few days and disconnect. Pros I absolutely love the mobile app, we found it flexible and convenient to us. Invoicing is now better than ever. For online payments, Freshbooks is our number one solution, with it's excellent features it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very demure, I highly recommend. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section. You can only have one person as such myself without paying extra on top of the $60 a month Pros To accomplish the normal everyday estimates and invoicing it is fairly simple to use. It offered me the mileage tracking without paying additional for it, but it does have some inaccuracies Cons For the price it doesn't have the add-ons and lots of missing features that I could get from another program, but it's a lot to transfer to another one so I have tolerated it. Pros Perfect for small business/ freelancers. Quick to learn and did everything we needed at the time. Good access via app and automated invoices were ideal. Cons The cost of adding more users on as we grew. The limited personalisation at the start was fine but as we used it more and more we had to find workarounds. Every touchpoint with client, matters. FreshBooks has a couple of plans that are completely affordable. $15/mo for 5 clients. $25 for 50 clients. I was on the $25/mo plan (actually billed monthly) for 4 years. It's seriously a great product. Are you worried about credit card fees? No problem. Add 3% more to your pricing to account for the payment gateway fees (PayPal, Stripe, WePay, etc). You can even connect FreshBooks to your bank for ease of expenses and export profit and loss (P&L) statements. There's really no reason why you should still be doing your accounting on Google Sheets. I have a tutorial on how to set up FreshBooks. \[sensitive content hidden\] Pros My favorite part of FreshBooks was how easy it was to get started. The payment tiers are very fair. Sending out professional invoices and statements instead of Excel sheets or Google Docs sends the right message to your clients. It also allows you to send professional quotes.
