QuickBooks and any other platforms can not compare. There platform keeps your accounts connected not like QuickBooks. Pros The platform is super user friendly, easy to teach and the reports are amazing. Cons Pricing is the only thing but I feel that it is worth it compared to a lot of other platforms. For online payments, Freshbooks is our number one solution, with it's excellent features it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very demure, I highly recommend. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section. You can only have one person as such myself without paying extra on top of the $60 a month Pros To accomplish the normal everyday estimates and invoicing it is fairly simple to use. It offered me the mileage tracking without paying additional for it, but it does have some inaccuracies Cons For the price it doesn't have the add-ons and lots of missing features that I could get from another program, but it's a lot to transfer to another one so I have tolerated it. January 29, 2026 5.0 The process of handling complicated medical records needs accurate accounting. I use this to track case costs. It is easy to use yet the updates may be disruptive. Pros The interface is unbelievably clean, and with little training, we are able to track expenses associated with case such as flight tickets and medical equipment. Pros Perfect for small business/ freelancers. Quick to learn and did everything we needed at the time. Good access via app and automated invoices were ideal. Cons The cost of adding more users on as we grew. The limited personalisation at the start was fine but as we used it more and more we had to find workarounds. Pros Through the software, I can design visually pleasing credit risk reports in which complicated data can be communicated effectively across management. The advantage of being able to assign a report automatically to be updated with the latest relevant financial data means our risk assessments are always based on up-to-date information, which is such a necessity these days in the very fast progressing world of corporate. Cons FreshBooks is great at what it does, and although it has a number of advanced predictive analytics tools, it’s missing tools designed specifically for risk analysis. Machine learning algorithms to find possible risk factors with historical data patterns will make their utility for our team much more precious.
