It produced professional invoices that were very easy to track and know what kind of payments were outstanding. A clean look with big bright Green or Red tags to show if a bill has been paid or not. Get rid of spreadsheets, make your accountant happy, and look more professional to your customers. Pros Life changing for accounting and tracking of customers with a small business. I had some concerns that could have turned into a major problem. I contacted the customer service team and received a response in less than 24 hours. They were extremely helpful and proactive about my concerns. Pros This software provided the number one thing I love to get when dealing with transactions. Confirmation ! When I receive confirmation emails it makes me feel like I'm in good hands. Cons I would like to have a lot more experience with the program. I have not experienced any issues and I've was introduced to the software early this year. July 18, 2018 5.0 Pros is an easy and simple application to keep financial accounts. Fresh gives you an excellent facility to manage your economic expenses produced by day to day. Giving a report of how much you have spent throughout your day, Fresh is able to organize all the profits of both small and large businesses, as well as helping the average person to take greater control of their financial expenses. Cons The only thing that I have to highlight my discomfort in the program, is that I find it quite bad that the test time is so limited. In just one month, I think you can not 100% test the effectiveness and usefulness that offers to their customers. But despite that, I still seem a very good application. Review Source AT Asmaa T. Very simple to use." January 18, 2018 3.0 Pros I like how easy this program is to set up and to use. Most of my larger clients use QuickBooks, but is what I recommend for smaller companies. This program is great for easily tracking time spent with each client and the ability to invoice quickly. Also software is only as good as their customer service. Freshbooks has great customer service which to me is a huge plus!! Try it, you won't be disappointed. Cons Some of my clients like to see certain reports a certain way. I would like to ability to set up reports with more customization than what is currently available. But the reports give me all the information that I need.
