Pros FreshBooks has great features that has made our billing smooth and efficient. First, the clients auto-billing and auto-payment feature is seamless. It helps our clients pay and store payment information securely with ease. Secondly, FreshBooks integrates well with Other tools making the tool more efficient. It also supports mobile apps where one can manage billing on the go. Cons I have had some intuitive experience with this tool. I have not had any problems with Freshbooks so far. The only reason we had to leave was our company outgrew them. Pros It was very easy to set up and use. Everything was available at the click of a button. The reports were very thorough. The customer service was very responsive when needed. Cons They are designed for smaller companies. The larger we grew they could not meet our needs, or the needs of our customers.
