It allows us to track our cash flow which allows us to get useful financial insights that we need to maintain a healthy financial situation. It also makes it so easy to generate customized invoices to collect monthly payments from our clients. Pros FreshBooks has user-friendly invoice generator tool that allows us to create personalized invoices for clients. It has advanced cash flow analysis tools that gives us accurate financial reports to guide us on how to achieve healthy financial position. FreshBooks makes it easy to capture receipts which help us to track our expenses. Cons FreshBooks has not shown us anything bad. There genuinely lacks anything to like least. The payroll services are great and I appreciate its reporting features which allows me to filter the reports. Moreover, it is easy to integrate it with a lot of other products which give us ease to work efficiently. Cons The drag-and-drop feature does not work efficiently. It tracks invoices and allows me to accept online payments. Pros The ability email invoices with a payment link. Freshbooks also tracks all of my invoices and shows which are overdue. Cons It seems a bit expensive for the number of invoices that I send out. There is a limit to the number of clients you can send on the cheaper version. It's confusing, and now you will need a bookkeeper to fix all the stuff you try to do. Pros That it isn't Quickbooks online. I thought QBO was a train wreck and now I can see that ALL of these cloud based accounting firms are just a front for the bookkeepers union. They must be because you Will need one when you use this. Cons Same goofy kind of double entry stuff that I experienced with QBO. Bank feeds are not your friend. It has cut my accounting time down significantly so I can focus on my business. Pros It's convenient and easy to set up and use. Cons I wish the connection with Stripe was two ways. It can't pull in my income that comes outside of Freshbooks so I have to manually do it.
