cloud based and easy to use no software to install..full accounting support with invoicing..great for professional and small firms to do their invoicing.

Cons

Need integration support with payments and project management modules. Browser compatibility and slowness very rarely though.

Overall, it is good and friendly accounting software for growing enterprise company.

Pros

Fresh book built with effective accounting features, which let the budding enterprises to have a strong financial integration with its customers. 1 month free trail helps to get started with Fresh book easily. Fresh book provides invoices in a very professional look but simple to analyze, it organizes transaction summary with different clients, tracks the expenses under specific heads. Fresh books help to accept Credit card payment in a secured gateway and which also process the payment quickly.

Cons

Inventory management can't be done, stays as a pressure for the business working with physical stocks. If Fresh Book does the forecasting or estimating the expenses of the projects from the previous record , it would be helpful to the users and let to have a idea about the upcoming financial requirements.

FreshBooks has "saved" our business more than once, we are small and trying to compete with the bigger companies. FreshBooks keeps us looking professional at all times.

Pros

Ease of use!!! FreshBooks is one of the easiest bookkeeping programs I have ever used. Takes this small company and makes us look professional. It is so easy to use, no "manuals" to read and reread. Can customize for our business needs.

Cons

Invoices have to be created manually and individually for each customer, also although pricing is good it can get expensive. For a small business it gets costly.

The ability to invoice clients in a professional way, enabling me to profit from the free trial and try the tool before making the decision to purchase.

Pros

The thing I liked best about FreshBooks was the free 30 day trial. As I was only doing a small amount of client work at the time FreshBooks gave me the ability to serve get an account and properly invoice a client without having to pull out my credit card. Typically I use PayPal to invoice however I felt FreshBooks was a much more professional alternative.

Cons

The main thing I did not like was how there is not an ongoing free solution for Entrepreneurs who are just starting out. Since PayPal is a free option I prefer to use them, even though it means sacrificing the powerful functionality of FreshBooks. In time I do intend to switch back to FreshBooks, and if they offer a free plan I will do so sooner than later.

Saves time invoicing and following up with clients. Know the status of our accounts receivable at a glance. Track expenses easily!

Pros

We've used Freshbooks for over 2 years now. Simple to invoice, and easy to view expenses. We can see when our clients view the invoices, and even accept credit card payments online. When tax season comes along, we can generate all the reports out accountant needs.

Cons

We've had trouble importing invoices from our contractors who use Freshbooks. Also, we run into duplicate expenses when connecting to Gusto, which require manual modification. Better duplicate than missing!

FreshBooks has a user-friendly interface, which has dynamic features. It helps to maintain day to day activities of a Company. It has a well-mannered system to manage invoices along with good customer service.

Cons

FreshBooks must consist of cheap rates for small organisations. Sometimes I want a Quarterly report but FreshBooks fails to give me that. Bank Reconciliation statement tries to be involved in low prices.

Freshbooks was our very first invoicing software. It is simple to use. The best part for us, it is easy to work with contractors. When contractors bill us using Freshbooks, it is easy to track and pay the invoice. It is also easy to track when a client opens our invoice.

Cons

It's a great invoicing software but lacks many of the features of a full accounting program.

This was thr first t software I used on the cloud platform and Continued to do so for 5+ years with multiple companies. This really did solve a lot of reports and paperwork. The snail mail options for invoices was an awesome touch with logo and everything.

Pros

The app intergeneration was brilliant. This was so easy to snap photos of receipts during travel. Automatically assign tags and dates and have them lodged as expenses. Truly no more paper handling. I also had a brilliant experience with customer support who had kept my data for a previous company and let me access it when I had an audit.

Cons

This software is great bang per buck for anyone in a small business field. But overall lacks large scale inventory options. So you pay for convenience including snail mail options.

My business coach recommended this product when I explained what I was using and how I didn't actually know where I was financially ("there's money in my bank account so I'm okay"). I was worried about being able to track recurring invoicing as my business was growing and I couldn't track this as easily in my head. Set up was easy, which is important to a non-tech person! The layout and design are easy to work with and the options really make using FreshBooks a breeze! I would recommend it to anyone who needs something user-friendly, intuitive, and wanting a great customer experience.

Pros

I've never used software for my business like this, just an Excel spreadsheet. This was easy to figure out and has made my bookkeeping efforts easy. I especially like being able to see my income and expenses for a year at a glance, and the reminders when an invoice hasn't been viewed or paid.

Cons

For my small business, the cost is a little more than I would ideally like to pay.

Cons

The older version of Freshbooks use to let clients write a review of our services so we could make sure they were 100% satisfied with the job we did on each project. The new version doesn't have that feature any more.

It is easy to use and I can take online payment which helps me to be more efficient.

Pros

I can synchronize my WooCommerce sales and take recurring payment with ease thanks to the WooCommerce + Freshbooks + Stripe combo

Cons

I am still in the old version, I don't understand why it takes so long to migrate to the new version. But this will not affect new users.

Freshbooks is the ideal tool to organize your accounting matters, track the invoices, send invoices to customers, organize collections and you can also synchronize with a bank account to track expenses. It is super useful and necessary, especially for small companies or businesses that are just beginning.

Cons

I really do not find important disadvantages in Freshbooks, only to use this software you need to have internet connection.

Pros

What I like the most about FreshBooks (Classic) is the simplicity of the system. I love how it's straightforward and there are no hidden options, setup and go! The customer service is amazing, the technology is always reliable, and it does what it needs to do.

Cons

There is currently a newer version of FreshBooks available. I liked having the option for PayPal, but the newest version does not have the functionality with it, so I've opted to stay on classic until it's become obsolete for my clients. Also, I use Slack for everything and it is inconvenient that FreshBooks Classic doesn't offer the integration. This is something new FreshBooks users don't have to worry about.

Easy to get around both on desktop and mobile. Has all the functions I need as a small business owner with a reasonable price tag.

Cons

The search functions could be a bit better. I have a hard time searching for something and then when you click one of the search results you can't get back to the results.

Cons

The big problem with freshbooks lies in their ability to work with credit cards. We believe that you do not have enough payroll management tools, unlike many other accounting services, and it does not synchronize well with all our devices.
