this software can help business to make easy, fast and secure. User friendly,Mobile-friendly and accessible

Cons

the new version has eliminated customers ability to pay via paypal.Paypal was convenient for many of my clients. The user can actually be thrown off-line for what Freshbooks has explained is likely the user's own server issues. This means that after four hours of solid work today, upon attempting to send an invoice it didn't exist and it is not recoverable

I like it that you when you download their software it gives you options of the format you want and mostly that after you download its just a nice pdf without their signature or something that shows that you used freshbooks

Cons

there is nothing I like least about this software

Its benefits allow you: Billing to international clients, speed and time saving, agility in the collection because it allows an exhaustive monitoring of the collection process, Invoices, in two clicks, is compatible with several payment gateways, controls the incoming and outgoing money, and you can have remote and mobile access.

Pros

I like the most is that finances, expenses and bills stop being a headache. In my kitchen business, accounting has stopped being a problem, you have to try the accounting service in the cloud, you do not have to be an expert to manage your finances.

Cons

My only problem is that for a moment it was not compatible with the payment gateway, but I was able to resolve it.

Overall FreshBooks is a great system to financial manage your business provides easy invoicing and accounting.Also customer support on awesome.

Pros

FreshBooks is simple and on point accounting solution with excellent features like automated monthly invoices, payments remainders,provides integration with most of the credit card processors, PayPal and google checkout etc to facilitate online payments with auto pay feature. Customer support is amazing also ca be accessible from mobile.

Cons

There are few downsides like monthly invoice is missing pending amount from previous month and it done not provides tax calculation and limited clients with free version.

Depends on the needs of the office it may or may not be useful

Pros

It was really easy to use and helped me with some reporting and tracking that I needed. We also had special pricing for accountants and the account was actually free

Cons

Its not nice to look at. Its not as intuitive as I would like. The tracking wasnt smooth and I found a software that worked much better.

I think it's a great company with a good service, but payment gateways have become very limited.

Pros

I used to love how easy and inexpensive it was to manage my invoice and bookkeeping, but then I made the mistake of upgrading.

Cons

When I upgraded, I lost the ability to accept PayPal payments, and I could no longer downgrade to a free plan.

it is good for invoicing it allowed me to consolidate several things into one it save me of both money and time over all it was great.

Pros

Every thing is pretty good its time tracking report of clients is too good its so easy to place and remove third party apps

Cons

I have no knowledge or any background of accounting i depended on others at tax time for prefect report of tax making Fresh books make me this easy and mobile app was more interactive user app

I love the idea bring this on cloud. So I can work everywhere. But the only thing is security. I'm not sure how they protect my data. Because sometimes it's quite sensitive.

Pros

I help me to save a lot of works which I have to spend about 2hours now only need 15min

There should have a user roles, sharing and storages

I can't add a discount to separate line items easily. Only all or nothing, or I have to add a negative discount.

The app works well and I use the time tracking function all of the time. I wish it would tie-in to Mile-IQ and trigger a timer when on site.

Pros

This company has consistently added features and value to their product over the last few years since I started using them.

Cons

It was buggy sometimes with Chrome browser. Haven't had problems lately. Pricing has been climbing steadily as well.

The software is simple and to the point. All the appropriate information is present to give the payor the information needed to make a payment and send it to the right receiver.

Cons

While the software is easy and effective to use, I will be happy when the developer includes a full accounting modality. That is not yet present but under development.

Pros

It is simple and easy to use. It's not over-packed with features and the dashboard shows a great overview of how your business is doing.

Cons

I fit in a bit of a grey area when it comes to the software and sit right in between the two tiers. The next level is way more than I want to spend money-wise, and the one I'm on is too limited.

FreshBooks has a ton of features built out There is great support for when users have questions There are a lot of available integrations

Cons

First off, price. It was really prohibitive to our small business Also, it wasn't very learnable. Onboarding others proved really difficult. Finally, migrating over our existing data was a huge pain!

I've used Freshbooks for years (since 2008), and been a user over several iterations of the product. It started out as a simple and effective tool to use to invoice clients. It was by far the best on the market at that time. As the product is now, it's still one of the best on the market. I still use it, and probably always will. I've evaluated other systems, but nothing has seemed as easy to use the core functions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to a friend.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to get started, easy to understand.

Cons

Some of the more complex accounting principals are difficult to use in Freshbooks.

Pros

The user interface of Freshbooks is really easy to use. I love having the ability to really customize my invoices. It makes my brand really pop out on every level.

Cons

There were times when I felt it was hard to reach customer service to get a question answered. This made it hard to solve problems quickly. On the other hand, when I did get ahold of customer service they did do a great job at resolving my problems.

Pros

What I like most about FreshBooks is that it is the easiest way of accepting online payments. Another great thing about it is that it allows the users to see past as well as paid invoices and many other things online. Furthermore its mobile app works wonderfully.

Cons

There are really no cons to mention here. It works fantastically. Moreover it is adding newest and interesting features day by day to make its use fun for the users.

We didn't just use the software but also integrated in our online software that we sold to small to medium businesses so that our clients could benefit from it.

Pros

I used Freshbooks when I was working on a startup venture. The invoicing and payment features were easy to use and implement.

Cons

We were not that impressed with reporting, but I am not sure how it has improved by now. We also had issues with international currencies, but customer support was very helpful in guiding us to make it work.
