Cons If you're using the time tracker, it's just another little window you have to remember to hit every time you switch tasks or projects. It was very easy to set it up to create a custom invoice to bill our customers. Once you have set up a template for your invoice you can easily enter the items or service you want to invoice your customers. They receive a secure email notifying them of your invoice. One limitation we had is that we can't send attachments with the system generated invoice. So we.created a separate pdf along with the attachments, then emailed them separately from FreshBooks. If they add that feature it would make our job much easier. They have a free version you can try out that allows you to invoice a limited number of customers. Very good software for the price and is easy to use. Pros Ease of setting up and billing for a small company. Cons Can't send attachments directly. Well if you view the entire system it looks appealing, icons and buttons are nice. It does not look complicated to use. Automation of invoicing, notifications for clients, having all of it in one system is great idea this application have. Great work! Cons Convincingly it is for small to medium businesses. Cons This app is the best, you don't need anything else. The only bad thing is that you pay a commission but it doesn't matter. you can have all in one for your company. I love the ability to send out professional looking quotes and estimates per email, and also see whether the customer has viewed my email or not. My customers appreciate being able to pay online, and I get paid fast.
