Pros: Since 2002 as a CA for a chiropractor and now as a DC myself, who has owned three clinics in my decade career, I have experienced and used a dozen or more chiropractic EHRs.
ChiroFusion is the best!
I love the scheduling, being able to see if a SOAP has been completed from the schedule view, the text and email reminders for patient appointments, the ease of use with extra charges for any cash services or products, customization of write offs aka adjustments to a positive or negative for any reason needed, claims and refiling are a breeze, patient reporting is simple yet inclusive to any reports you may need.
The patient dashboard is perfect - shows patient picture, and any images such as, X-Rays, etc can be uploaded as a jpg and shown on dashboard - great tool for ROFs.
SOAPs are the best and quickest I've ever seen! Love the task manager!
I could not be more pleased with this software, so much so that after switching to ChiroFusion back in March 2017 for my own clinic, I also recommended all my fellow DCs do the same!
The on-board training was the icing on the cake - hands down BEST I've been through!
Help Desk is awesome for any training as you go, and available real time, all the time, by one click from your ChiroFusion screen without having to call, set appointment or go to an outside site. Of course, it's cloud based which is imperative and if you aren't using cloud based EHR you need to! I am a forever ChiroFusion fan! Thank you! Amy Cox, DC

Pros: Overall, I'm very happy with the system. Our office has used 3 other chiropractic EHR software systems over the past 16 years and taken countless of demos. Although none of these systems have been perfect, I feel that Chirofusion was the best of the bunch and has served us well over the years. The software's interface is simple yet efficient, and simplifies many common office procedures which keeps our staff happy. I also like that the clearinghouse is actually integrated into the software and offered at no additional cost. This makes billing and claims management much easier for my billing staff as there is no need to upload claims to an external clearinghouse. One of the things we love most about this company is their support system. They are literally available anytime you need them including late evenings and even weekends. Melinda and Bonnie have been a huge help and are always pleasant when we call with questions. I highly recommend Chirofusion to anyone looking for a great chiropractic office software.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to remove some of the features that we don't use to simplify a few of the screens. I would also like to someday in the future see online scheduling enabled.

Overall: Improved office efficiency. More time to spend with my family and friends.

Cons: It was very cumbersome and lengthy to use. They makes you think you are getting everything included. They take your money, and then find out nothing is included. We quickly found out that this is not going to work (in less than a week) we contacted the customer rep and he was very unpleasant to work with and we did not get a dime refunded. I think it was about $ we were out for having access to their software for 6 days and never using it for a single patient, and using only one training. We have a Chiropractic assistant that has used Chirofusion and one other software company. She was completely blown away at how inferior this product is in so many ways to her other software experiences, and it took over twice as long for input and notes. My advise is stay away from Chirofusion. There is a reason there is not a free trial. It takes way to long to enter in SOAP notes and to enter patient data. They make it sound like it is no problem transfering patient data, just send it to them and they will take care of it. Once you pay for the software to start, then they let you know what they charge to do this and that most practices do all of the transferring of data themselves. We used it for less than a week and realized it is a waste of time and money, and of course they will not refund a dime.

Pros: Automated claim generation and payment posting. Fully integrated clearinghouse. Friendly and knowledgeable support staff. Supports both cash and insurance-based practices.

Cons: We manage a large volume of billing accounts. It would be nice to be able to manage all of these from one central location.

Overall: I have been a certified medical biller for more than 20 years and have owned my own billing company for the past 14 years. I have used many different billing software products over the the years and can honestly say that ChiroFusion is at the upper end of the various software we have used to bill for our chiropractic clients. The software is web-based which makes it easy for us to manage our client accounts regardless of where they are located. Many of the day-to-day billing tasks like claims generation and payment posting are automated which saves time. The integrated clearinghouse makes claims submission and tracking a breeze! There's also a good variety of reports to track the financial health of the practice.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a great web-based practice management system that includes everything needed for cash and insurance based practices to bill for services.

Making the move to ChiroFusion has made us more productive and profitable practice.

Pros: Ease of use, exceptional support, low costs, every feature a chiropractor may need is integrated and automated. Once a patient is set up you can go from entering SOAP noted to filing a claim in under 3 minutes; we've timed it!

Cons: Nothing really because if you ever have a problem support is very responsive and if you have a suggestion and they like it ChiroFusion will integrate it usually within a month.

Overall: We, like many other practices, were stuck with overpriced, overly complicated and bloated software simply because it's what we had grown comfortable with over the years. What made us consider a change was the constant need for pricey updates, compliance issues, server costs and an ongoing cost for tech support.

When the search for an alternative began, ChiroFusion kept coming up as a truly viable alternative so we requested a demo and were blown away by the friendliness, responsiveness and knowledge of ChiroFusion's staff.

Within a week we were trained and up an running with our new software. If we ever have a question support is included and very responsive to our requests and the constant improvements means the software just keeps getting better!

We now save over 70% monthly in operating costs and are a leaner and more responsive practice that can spend all of our time on patient care and none of our time dealing with software and technical issues.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is the future so become an agile practice and make the change. Anything worth doing takes time and effort so commit to becoming a profit driven, patient oriented organization and not a slave to the overwhelming software and equipment costs of some of the other providers in this market.

Not as customizable as you think, and they'll keep your money for your efforts.

Cons: Only consent forms are customizable, nothing else. You can omit questions, but you cannot edit or add new questions.
Will not refund unused service

Overall: They have no clear idea of how to treat a customer. After paying for and spending time trying to get to know the product, I realized that it's complete lack of customization (you can't even change questions in the intake forms) left it useless to me. I found another product that, even though takes much effort to setup, provides the ability to create a system that works exactly the way I want it to. After contacting chirofusion to cancel my service and ask for a refund since I hadn't even entered a single patient into the system, was outright refused and treated rudely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros: Their tech support is great and the software is easy to use. It's affordable and the are adding features as we go along. They just added online registration for patients and that has been great.

Cons: Nothing that don't like, just a few things that could make using it a little faster.

Overall: I've been a chiropractor for 25 years and I've tried lots of different software solutions over the years. Most times they end in aggravation.

Chirofusion is easy to use and yes it probably needs to add a few features to make it perfect. It does most everything that we want. Right now I would just like to have a birthday list. I used to always send a birthday card to patients.

Chirofusion is also the most affordable solution and their tech support is really fast and helpful.

Overall: Chirofusion has been great for us. It does lack a little customization but it works great and is easy to use. If you want to pay extra per month their customer support is great but if you don't pay that you are on your own. Over all I am very happy with the product for the price.

Overall: This is my second practice. I opened it on a bootstrap budget, and the price of chirofusion is what was the biggest selling point. I figured i could change software once the business became solvent. I just assumed the user interface was lacking, given the price, and i would relegate myself to doing more work until i could afford something else. I couldnt be more wrong. I am absolutely thrilled with chirofusion. in my previous practice i used a cloud based software that was $269 a month with a large setup fee. I thought it was great, until i switched. Chirofusion is fully integrated with a clearinghouse. I can pay someone to do data entry for new patients and all the information i need is in the system. it gives me the opportunity to bill as i go rather than have someone else do it for me. it saves on hiring extra staff and ive never had such a firm grasp on finances, because im the one doing the billing. i know where every dime is! If you dont have $99/mo for a system like this then youre probably too far gone and nothing will help.

Comments: Not only is this software fully functional for all office needs, it's simple to use. The learning curve is really low-and that's a great thing for a busy doctor's office! It's the best value among all cloud-based systems. If you're on the fence, get off now and do it! Their customer service is paramount and I'm a stickler about service!

Comments: We are really very pleased with your software! We opened our practice in November 2016 and your software is easy to use and the tutorial videos were a huge help. Not only are the tutorials helpful but your support team goes above and beyond with training and the additional money we have spent for training has been 100% worth it! I highly recommend anyone interested in this software to jump in and use it. There are a few minor flaws like any new system has but what I like is that ChiroFusion is on top of those minor issues and are improving it daily! Thank you ChiroFusion

Overall: It is the only TRUE web based software out there. You can use it from anywhere with an internet connection. Last weekend I was finishing notes up from my beach chair! It is also very easy to use and creates a complete information packed note. It is easily customizable so your notes never look canned. The company is great, readily available and provides fantastic support. I researched Chiropractic software products for months before I made my decision and I can say I definitely made the right choice!

Recommendations to other buyers: Other companies will tell you that they are cloud based but you still have to download their software to your computer. Chirofusion is truly cloud based, as long as you have internet connection you can get to your files!

Comments: I've been in practice for almost 18 years and prior to switching I was using another EHR to run my practice that I wasn't entirely happy with. In searching for a new system online, initially I was a little skeptical with all the ratings I found, and thought it was too good to be true. I've now been using this system for the past few months and I will say that it really is all that, and they've really exceeded my expectations. The note-taking is quick, easy to follow and I'm able to complete my clinical assessments within minutes while treating patients. They have this auto-billing feature that generates the billing claim when you sign your note and it's ready to send out in no time which eliminates extra time spent managing my billing and claims. My patients love the text reminders which has drastically reduced missed appointments in my office. I'd have to say that the best part about this company is the customer service, and they've always returned my support calls within an hour when I've needed them. They are also very receptive to feedback, and add new features every month which is great. I'm really happy with the overall experience and I love that it's affordable and fits into my budget. Kudos to this company as they have exceeded all of my expectations.

Cons: Patients do not have the ability at this time to complete their intake paperwork online which would save time. I've been told that this feature is something that should be available later this month.

Overall: I came to Chirofusion 6 months ago out of frustration with my former EHR - or should I say EHRs. Over the past 5 years I have used 3 different software systems, none of which have been able to accommodate my needs. I'm happy to say that Chirofusion has exceeded my expectations not only as a software but as a company in general. The software is intuitive and very easy to use. Notes can be done on a iPad and take less than a minute to complete, Billing is for the most part automated with no extra clearinghouse fees. Support is always available whenever my staff or I have a question, even on weekends which is unheard of in this day and age. I highly recommend Chirofusion to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable EHR that's chiropractic-friendly.

Pros: How it looks and its initial simplicity of the SOAP

Cons: Very clunky. Often needs to be refreshed. Poor and inaccurate reports. Too many clicks. Having to hop from one screen to another to enter financial data and the system crashing. Text reminders still get sent if you cancel or reschedule and appointment. Cant see the big picture on the calendar for future visits. Costs way more than $99 a month and requires a lot of your time.

Overall: This product initially looks great but once you get in it is slow in the cloud based system. It often needs to be refreshed. There is way to many clicks to get from one page to another. It's hard to see the big picture (calendar) for a particular patient and the reports are incomplete and inaccurate.
The financial side of it is a pain in the rear and I am just a private pay office.
It's clunky at best and even when on the phone with them and they are going through it with me, often times they are lost and refreshing to figure out why something in particular might not be working.
Also, the text reminders still get sent out even when you cancel or reschedule an appointment.
It's also quite a bit more than $99. Better to find something else than waste time on this product.

Comments: I am new to EHR. After a painstakingly long time comparing different products, I chose ChiroFusion for my EHR needs. Dr Cozamanis couldn't have been nicer and more patient with me, answering all of my questions. After entering 3 weeks of back billing, I had a huge problem. The support team, led by Maria, couldn't have been better at handling the problem and coming up with a solution. They are unbelievably quick to respond, which makes running my practice as streamlined as possible.

Pros: Efficient, Excellent software flow with documentation, and billing. Very customizable. Affordable. Great customer service.

Cons: Can very rarely be slow because its cloud/internet based.
Could use more selections for the doctors to choose from in the notes taking/documentation process.

Overall: As an associate chiropractor and now an owner of my own practice, I've used various EHRs in my career thus far, such as eFuturehealth, ChiroTouch and Eclipse, Practice Fusion to name a few, and Chirofusion wins by far! It has truly streamlined our billing and documentation to a perfection that is all at the doctor's fingertips, and not switching back and forth to other programs/sections within the software to get what you need. It allows the doctor(s) to reduce the need for a huge billing staff constantly motioning the clearinghouse because Chirofusion has it already integrated into their system and the software flows perfectly. Their documentation for doctors makes notes simple, accurate, affordable, and efficient. I am so glad I chose them for the foundation of my EHR and I recommend you do the same!

Overall: This software has been great so far! Anytime I had issues, or was confused about how to do something there was a great video tutorial on the help site. If that didn't answer my question, it was very easy to receive help from someone at Chirofusion. The software is great because you can access it anywhere and on tablets, desktops, or laptops.

Pros: I am still learning the ropes but so excited to have a program that is geared for Chiropractors.
One of the best features is you have access to the program from your home laptop, cell phone or iPad. I can work at home, the office on the go with ease.
I love that there is a 24/7 tech support with an extremely fast response.

Overall: Our office started using Chirofusion back in May. I can not say enough how helpful the Chirofusion team/ techs are especially Melinda. Melinda has the patience of a saint dealing with weekly phone calls and my many questions. She is always pleasant and polite as she talks me through ever step to a better understanding of the program. I am very very impressed with this program and team.

Pros: Very easy to use, not over whelming, and inexpensive compared to Chirotouch, etc. The customer support has been great!!

Cons: I really have no complaints, the software is by far the best I have ever used.

Pros: I like the ability to see all pertinent patient info in one screen. Appointment reminders are nice. It's cloud based so there's no software to install or update and I can access my practice from anywhere I have an internet connection - even using my iPhone. Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive support staff. The price can't be beat.

Cons: Posting payments manually does take time. I definitely recommend signing up for ERAs which will eliminate having to manually post payments and will automate the entire process. Definitely a time saver for high volume practices, or practices with limited staff resources.

Overall: I run a high volume practice that includes 8 staff members. I've gone through my fair share of practice management software during my 19 year career and have found ChiroFusion to be in a class of its own. The software's interface is easy on the eyes and extremely user-friendly. We were up and running in about two hours with no setup required on our end. The system is able to efficiently manage our scheduling needs and includes email and text reminders which have really helped to reduce no-shows in the office. Documenting visits is quick and easy and requires a minimum number of clicks. I'm impressed with the quality of the notes considering it takes me less than a minute to document a visit. Submitting and tracking electronic claims to the clearinghouse is quick and easy. Their support staff is awesome and always go the extra mile to help us when we need it, even at nights and on weekends. This company clearly understands the value of great customer service!!

Recommendations to other buyers: We've been using ChiroFusion for the past six months and have been extremely pleased with the product and the service we've received thus far. The owners of the company are always available to speak with and they are always receptive to our feedback for improvements. This is a great product that should suffice for both small and large practices.

Pros: The support team is superb. I mean superb. They work very hard, and hopefully they are fully appreciated for what they are doing for our profession. They have vast amounts of appreciation from this office.

The billing module is also superb. When using Medisoft in the past, which has been a mainstay for many years, the accounting was never fully spot on (no doubt a reflection of how we were using it). This system, however, will allow you to keep track of every single transaction, posting, write off and payment. Patient payments are kept in our system as unapplied credits until the claim comes back, at which point we will adjust the line items, apply patient responsibility, and close the claim. Bang. Done.

****For your medicare patients, make sure that you go through the write offs carefully. One of our big insurers will assign a non covered status to exams, extremities, etc., and the system will automatically follow suit. You will have to manually assign these responsibilities to the patient when posting the EOB. If I can learn this, you can learn this.****

Posting of the remits is as painless as it can possibly be. The integration with Office Ally is superb, and you do not even need an account with them. You will communicate with Office Ally only when setting up your insurance companies for EOB / ERA / EDI, and that's it. If they do not accept a claim, you better figure out why (they will generally tell you), so you can correct and resubmit it.

Cons: This is a newish product. They are still working on it, and there are quirks. It took us a while to learn them. Do not hit the enter key in the payment entry screen, or it tanks the whole affair. From what I can see, they are working diligently to get through these issues, and they do listen.

Note and a claim in 30 seconds is perhaps a stretch. If you are going to be collecting, applying, and accounting for a copayment or deductible payment, that is 15 seconds right there. There is a fair amount of clicking just to enter a payment, and it will not recall anything from previous visits. If you are interested in keeping track of relevent changes in your patient's picture from one visit to the next, it will take you a short while to document this as well. It does pull through information from the last visit, and makes it very easy however.

Some of the screens are a bit disjointed. The software does not have the polish that it will in a year or so, but it does it's job very well, and is perfect for smaller to mid sized practices. Not convinced it is a high volume practice solution, but if that is you, then have someone running around with a laptop behind you, and you will be all set.

Couple of friday mornings, no service. Updates to the servers, etc, which is great. Growing pains, which, given what we are getting, for a very reasonable price........not the end of the world.

***You cannot have multiple unsigned notes open on a patient***

Overall: We decided to wait on this review until we had actually learned the system.....so here goes:

Started out in this business with paper charts, paper claims, etc. etc. Recent EHR changes, as well as electronic billing brought me to medisoft and the other 'fusion' type software, which is less and less free the more you add to it. It was time to look for a comprehensive suite that will enable the billing, scheduling, and documentation all in one suite.

The team at Chirofusion has filled all of the required boxes. I was paying $89 per month for a clearinghouse, and their new annual maintenance fee added another $30 per month. In addition, keeping Medisoft up to date annually was another $40-50 per month. Strictly speaking, this software is saving me money over the prior approach.

Your documentation will be top notch. The transition was a little painful, as everything is interconnected, but once you get used to that fact, and realize that your office is now paperless, you will have no trouble moving forward. The daily reports are comprehensive, and the exam routines are very comprehensive, and will allow you to include as much information as you would really care to have in the file.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great support staff. Great documentation. Superb billing module. (They started out in billing, I think, which reflects on how this is designed to work) Reasonable price. On the unsigned notes - the system will pull information from the *Most recent* visit or exam entered, regardless of the date that you have assigned to it. If you forgot to chart an encounter, and then do so, the next visit you chart will reflect this information, so it is not chronological in terms of the date on the note, but it is chronological in terms of the most recent encounter you have entered. You cannot start a new encounter until you sign the one you were working on recently. If you work on extremities, it will 'remember' the extremity listing and technique from one visit to the next, so you will need to turn that off on every visit if you do not adjust it. If you stop adjusting a segment of spinal complaint, it will 'remember' on the next visit, that you did not adjust it last time. One of the little things that are being worked out, no doubt..... Patient statements - superb. Overall - Superb product, great price, do it!

Overall: I was a bit skeptical when I read all the great reviews on ChiroFusion at first. Finally, after looking into it a little further, I decided to try it. I couldn't be happier with my decision! ChiroFusion is very user-friendly, even for a novice biller such as myself. It is very affordable and has saved me so much time! I can create office notes that are very professional in a matter of 30 seconds. They look way more professional than my paper notes AND are quicker and super-easy to access! Billing takes a few seconds from notes to electronic submission completion! Seriously! I can enter EOBs automatically from the clearinghouse and they are constantly striving to improve their system. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found ChiroFusion. The reviews are real. It's probably chiropractic insurance billing's best kept secret!

Pros: The ease of use and ability to take someone from the moment they walk in the door, through submitting bills, in no time at all. Their exam forms have almost every test and technique you can think of, and if something is not there, you just email them and they do their best to add it into the system asap. The low cost is also a huge plus. I have seen other systems and have friends who use them, and they not only have issues, but are paying an arm and a leg.

Cons: I wish I knew about this many years ago, because it would have made my life and practice so much easier. I'm a sole practitioner, so I do all the intake and billing myself, and this is a snap.

Overall: I've been in practice for 24 years, and have dabbled in Medisoft and plain old ledger cards. This is by far the best and most efficient way to keep notes, it is super user-friendly, and very intuitive. The customer support is superb, and Maria, who trained me, is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but makes the whole experience a pleasure.

The system itself is very through, and I have been asked for notes from insurance companies or by patients who needed them for reimbursement, and I have never had an issue. They are easy to compile and have everything needed to get paid.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a no brainer, and they are constantly updating and making the software better, and there is no additional charge for this. Amazing.

Pros: I like how easy to use it is from any location over the internet. I like how the billing is tied right into it. The customer service is amazing. Very nice people. They are constantly improving and upgrading the system.

Cons: There are a couple muscles/ligaments/tendons missing from the drop down lists. I'm a sports chiro that does a ton of soft tissue work and I'm very detailed on the structures I treat. Not a huge deal, but would like to more details.

Overall: ChiroFusion has been really great for my start up. I was new to the billing world and the customer service was great in helping me with some tips on billing as well as teaching me how to use the new system. Anytime I had a question or concern, they would respond very quickly.

Pros: Once you get past the learning curve it becomes very easy to use. I like being able to operate my entire office management from my tablet or phone. Support is speedy and well trained on how the system operates. The updates are frequent and seem to address areas to add speed and ease of use that is not an additional cost.

Cons: Pre-populated insurance companies, Referral sheets with Demographic+Insurance+Type of Request to send to imaging or MD offices. Nothing really that I dislike about the system, just a few things I hope to see added with future updates.

Comments: I got on board with ChiroFusion two months ago. The program seemed visually easy, and it is. It has potential, but it is not ready for busy offices. It took me a while to get it fully functioning at the office because I wanted to make it an easy transition from the program I am currently using. Throughout the learning weeks, I scheduled training sessions with support, and that went well. However, if you needed support for a specific problem that was happening at the office that day, you have to submit an email ticket and then they get back with you the next day. I was told by the owner, that as long as I had the support package, if I submitted a ticket asking for a call back, it would happen within two hours or that day. That never happened. The program is a little slow at times and buggy many times. The scheduler is incomplete and sometimes scheduled patients disappear from the screen if you accidentally move the mouse incorrectly over them. The accounting part, needs a lot of improvements, it has a lot of limitations, the financial bugs have not been worked out yet. They DO NOT offer a 1 month free trial, so I wasted $300 to realize, that this program is just not ready for a busy office. I might have stuck it out a little longer and tried to work out the bugs with them, but the customer service just was not there as promised and it was costing me $149 each month. When you are running a busy office and you need support, you do not want to wait until the next day to get it. This comment is in no way to hurt this company. This has been my experience with ChiroFusion and I hope they can get it together. As for me, this just did not come close to giving me peace of mind when it comes to what a management software is suppose to do.

The chirofusion software is the most user friendly, detailed, thorough, simplistic program!

"Gosh I wonder if there is any other software out there that can handle our office reports, patient accounts, billing, soap notes and insurance compliance with ease... Look no further. And they haven't stopped there. They're making it better and better all the time. In due time, this software will be out front and center as the word gets out. Love it.

Can't thank this team of developers enough for understanding how to make an EHR simple, user friendly and effective to get your billing out on a daily basis. No more bullsh*t backlogs. No more "training" for weeks and months because we need to "understand how it works". This software has 4 videos to watch for setup process specific to you and your office. After that... Your done. I went through 5 different EHR programs before I found this one and when you find the right one... You'll know instantly if it's the right one for you. You won't find a better price for the value as well.

Another thing... Their service is ridiculous with how fast they respond. You can tell they really care.

Comments: I have used quite a few different EHR/Management programs for chiropractors and ChiroFusion is by far the best I have used so far.

Pros:
1.) Better Documentation
2.) Decreased costs ¿ no nickel and dime stuff here
3.) Increased collection percentage
4.) Use it from anywhere
5.) Customer service

Cons:
1.) Limited reporting (but this is being addressed)
2.) Still new so needs some minor polishing

That is really about it. Overall I highly recommend ChiroFusion and think that with time, even the small cons I have listed will be addressed and smoothed out. The Pros easily outweigh the Cons for me and am very happy being a subscriber.

Comments: Last October, the rollout of ICD 10 forced me to update my old software. I did a bunch of research and decided to give ChiroFusion a chance.

I was immediately impressed by how much support was available. After signup I was immediately emailed and within a few days I was doing a 1 on 1 implementation webinar with Maria.

Once I had a grasp of the software, and it did not take long as it is very well laid out, Maria followed up with me to see if there were any questions now that I was using the software.

I am no super techie person and I was able to quickly navigate adding patients, exams, SOAP notes and billing.

Compared to my old software, I estimate that ChiroFusion has saved my office at least 4-5 hours per week in terms of billing and SOAP notes.

If you are on the fence, consider giving ChiroFusion a shot, you will not be sorry.

Comments: We have been using ChiroFusion in our office for 4 months now and have been totally satisfied but now I just had to add this note about compliance. We have just completed setting up our HIPPA/HITECH compliance manuals for our office and completed our first self audit of billing and treatment records. I randomly selected a patient and printed out the exam and a SOAP note I had created in ChiroFusion and sat down to complete the audit (4 pages of questions). I was absolutely thrilled to be able to answer YES to every question, the notes created were totally compliant! After 38 years in practice and using many different software programs I can honestly say I've found EMR nirvana!!

Comments: Chirofusion is intuitive and produces a detailed customizable exam and soap. It's makes the 1500 bill and keeps track of patient accounts. The program is an elegant product the likely does more then what I am using it for.

I didn't realize how clunky and difficult my old ehr was until I got into this one. CF has saved me A TON of time.

What's more is the team that operates it behind the scenes is exceptionaly customer oriented, very responsive, and very helpful. Before I even paid a dime I asked for a detail to be added to a drop down menu and it was done the same day.

I've been very impressed with this system and the team behind it. I recommend it to any and every chiropractor.

Comments: I am a new client of Chirofusion, and needed some help over Halloween weekend. I sent a request on the help desk, and Maria started helping me within a few hours. It was Halloween day and, they still responded. The next day which was Sunday, she followed up again, and made sure everything was up and running smoothly. I am just starting with Chirofusion, but very impressed!

I can't believe for a small monthly subscription, they provide this type help.
