The few times I needed to contact support, they were always congenial and willing to go above and beyond to help me find a solution. **Pros:** It is the chiropractors Holy Grail! The soap notes are detailed. The way it keeps up with stats so that you can view them however you choose is awesome. **Cons:** The HCFA1500 no longer prints off correctly due to my printer. When I first started using ChiroFusion I had no problem with the text being properly printed in the appropriate boxes.
