I have found that to be the case with my CF team. I do favor the Support person's ability to review MY information and have found that to be the case when needed. **Pros:** I find the Patient Management to be the most important aspect at this time. It allows you to jump in and out of processes without relisting the patient. Also like the Patient Records, very friendly! **Cons:** I need clearer direction in the claims rejection area and do not find that to be the case. This area can make or break the financials for most practices. LaKia B. The few times I needed to contact support, they were always congenial and willing to go above and beyond to help me find a solution. **Pros:** It is the chiropractors Holy Grail! The soap notes are detailed. The way it keeps up with stats so that you can view them however you choose is awesome. **Cons:** The HCFA1500 no longer prints off correctly due to my printer. When I first started using ChiroFusion I had no problem with the text being properly printed in the appropriate boxes.
