For starting a new business it has been very helpful and I am looking forward to using the billing aspect of it.

Pros

I am a new user about two weeks in but I like the simplicity of the program and the monthly pricing options. I was able to implement it right away and the training provided only uncovered hidden ways to make things even simpler.

Cons

I haven't come across any major issues as of yet. I would say the only thing that is a hinderence is perhaps having to add the extras like electronic intake, online appointment scheduling and text reminders but for the price it is not bad.

Most appeared to be great quality and functional but were out of my price range as I am a startup, especially for up front fees and/or monthly payments. This one is right in my budget they had a $1 sign up first month free including 5 hours training and a monthly fee within my reach.

Huge system with many facets that cover every end needed for a successful chiropractic clinic - regardless of size.

Cons

The push for using OpenEdge terminal. I can respect that this is the deal they have together but the need to upsell it is tiring.

We have been using for about 2-3 years. It makes taking notes a breeze especially when it autofills after the initial follow-up so you only need to change things instead of retyping everything in. It makes billing easier as well by inputting all the information needed per carrier. We hev used a couple other programs in the past but we are very happy with ChiroFusion.

Cons

There are not really any cons. Maybe that I cannot open more then one window of ChrioFusion at a time? When I do the billing while working the front desk I cannot switch between the tabs but I was able to make a separate login for just billing and can sign into that one on another tab to help with this. I feel like this problem wouldn't affect most offices though.

Despite the HCFA1500 issue, my experience has been very pleasant. The few times I needed to contact support, they were always congenial and willing to go above and beyond to help me find a solution.

It is the chiropractors Holy Grail! The soap notes are detailed. The way it keeps up with stats so that you can view them however you choose is awesome.

Very good system. Great experience and easy to set up.

Pros

The look is fresh and green. The font is good and easy to use.

Cons

I would like for it to keep track of all the appointments a patient was seen and for it to have easier dashboard so when you want to see how many times the client came in it would say or show 5 times or 6 times instead of you having to put notes in system to see the info.

The company seems pretty helpful and are better than most ehr company’s when it comes to training and ease of use.

The notes are really easy and that’s why I bought it and why we use it.

Cons

We haven’t used the billing side and I would like to if it had good tracking but frankly I’ve never even looked at it because I have a billing company.

### "Worth it for small business oweners"

Pros

I've been using since 2018. The program is very easy to use. Any issues that arise are cleared up quickly by watching a short tutorial video in their extensive help library or a simple email to the support team. It's a basic program, easy to learn, easy to use.

Cons

It takes many steps to revert a check if an insurance company retracts money or the posting is incorrect. The patient ledger requested by many patients at year end is extremely confusing and not user friendly. Patients have no need to see a complete history of how one visit was paid. It needs to be simpler.

Great price for what you get and was up and running quickly.

Pros

I like that the software is relatively easy to use. Once you get to know the flow, its pretty easy. I love that it is web based, so I can access it from anywhere. The overall look of the pages are very good and clear. I have written support a few times as I was trying to figure things out and they always respond super quick and have been very helpful. I also love that your help section has tons of information on it. So far very happy with the software.

Cons

I have a few things that are a little bothersome as i'm learning to use the app that I would love to change, but are not deal breakers. hoping that in time as updates go out these things will get changed. I don't like how some pages you need to save before you click to the next, while other pages save automatically. I find that if im in a hurry I will put in all my findings and compete the longest form of a encounter and click the next tab forgetting that that page in particular needs to be saved manually. I wish I had more flexibility with the text message reminders to change what gets sent out. I also would love if the online intakes would work with cell phones, as about half of my patients try to open the email on their phone and then give up when it doesn't work. I also have occasional issues where either the site times out, or the connection gets bogged down and things freeze up on me, but this hasn't been too bad yet. my last complaint is I wish the scheduling area was a little more clear. Depending on how you click the name will either bring up that appointment or send you the patients profile, which is a huge pain if you click it wrong. If there was a icon or something that told you were or how to click on the name it would be helpful Overall I do really like the software, there are just tweaks you have to learn and once you do its easy going, but having a busy week and learning the software at the same time got a little cumbersome.

As for the Text reminders, these are industry standard and common format. We will pass along your feedback for intakes, as currently they are designed to work with any computer/tablet. We will also have someone reach out to you regarding your issue with speed. We do not have any reported issues with our server speeds and are hosted on Microsoft Azure. Our average page loading time is 1.6 to 2.2 seconds on average. There may be something related to your internet or system and we'd be happy to help you figure it out :)

### "Great EHR but extremely poor support "

Overall my experience was great until I had one major issue and asked to speak with someone from management and refused to speak with me. When I am spending $2500 a year and have an issue, the least they could do is to speak with me, admit there was an issue, apologize about it and work on it so that it does not happen again instead of just saying it was not major issue and most issues are resolved in a 24 hour period (Jessica B). Sadly, I will be switching if I do not hear back from them.

Pros

Great software for solo practice, very user friendly and cloud based which makes it user friendly. The options to integrate are all great but ofcourse they do add up in cost.

Cons

By far the worst customer service when it comes technical issues. For the last 6 months, we have had 8 incidents where the online scheduler had stopped working. In most cases it was resolved immediately but on two ocassionas it was down for almost 3 days which meant none of our patients could schedule an appointment and we had no clue it was down. When asking what was the issue, they respond with "we will investigate and get back to you" and they never do. Trying to speak with someone is impossible. They will not speal with you over the phone unless you pay $15 one time to just speak with someone.

My experience has been exceptional… The price is very reasonable, we used support for the first few months and it was very very prompt with all her questions, great tutorials whenever we need to learn something new, love that our patients can get a text reminder that is huge! And overall the fact that it is cloud-based and quick in the office setting makes it very convenient and practical for us. Was an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Pros

I love that it is cloud-based. I can check on appointments at home, change the schedule, work on a file. My office manager takes the phones with her on our day off and continues to schedule people from home. Also has a very user friendly interface very quick to do a patient soap notes after their visit with the upgrades of integrated

Cons

Not much for con! Would be nice to have the report section a little more extensive, but I think that is in the works in a future upgrade.

Reason for choosing ChiroFusion

I considered Cairo touch because I had used it in the pastThe alternative is a very good piece of software but extremely expensive and I wasn’t willing to pay that price

An electronic EHR from paper. Ease of use for what is there. Bring able to track patient records, files and billing. Bring able to access it anywhere. Overall I think it's better than many programs out there but it is close to being a very nice program.

Pros

The ease of using the billing and electronic claim submission. The patient dashboard is nice. The initial exam is fairly thorough and easy to go through.

Cons

I don't like the font size and how spread out the patient note is. I would like a soap note to be on one page when printed out. A new patient exam should fit on 1 to 1.5 pages. All the info included on an exam can fit on it. I don't like the extra explanation of every Ortho exam. Takes up too much space and causes extra pages for printing. Changing a CPT or diagnosis code is not an easy process in case you made a mistake and need to change it. Having to go back into the note to change a charge, then back to billing in a pain. The patient search function on the main page pops up the patient, but you cannot access that patient from the basic search. I need to enter a blank search to bring up the advanced search to get a patient up. A patient master list would be a nice option. I have an additional provider at my clinic and the additional fee was not advertised when I signed up, That is misleading when you say you can add as many users as needed, not mentioning additional fees for additional providers. I would like to be able to click on a patient on the schedule and open their note/info. A optional USB card scanner for credit card auto integration would be nice.

Pros

Once you get past the learning curve it becomes very easy to use. I like being able to operate my entire office management from my tablet or phone. Support is speedy and well trained on how the system operates. The updates are frequent and seem to address areas to add speed and ease of use that is not an additional cost.

Cons

Pre-populated insurance companies, Referral sheets with Demographic+Insurance+Type of Request to send to imaging or MD offices. Nothing really that I dislike about the system, just a few things I hope to see added with future updates.

I switched to before chirotouch was available in a web based version. I do not want to maintain servers. I am happy with the product.
