Comments: Following an impressive demo session, we started using ToEvent to help reduce the amount of manual effort we were spending on managing our business events and receptions - we currently hold around 30-40 events per year in several different countries and have to manually prepare a guest list for each to send email invites to.

We were able to import our existing guest spreadsheets straight into the system and create email templates with our own company colours and logos, and we gave access to all members of our events and marketing teams in order to share the workload for events - something which has saved a lot of work already.

It's very useful to see the response status of guests based on whether they have opened their invitation email, or have responded already, as this allows us to know the expected turnout at any time and schedule email reminders if necessary when the event is getting nearer. The budgeting and analytics tools have helped us to keep track of expected and actual costs and arrangements allowing us to forecast spending and stay on top of booking deadlines etc.

We are very impressed so far with the software - it looks clean, modern and is simple to use and understand. The support team have been very friendly and helpful getting us started and answering any queries we have had. I would happily recommend this software to other businesses who manage their own events.
