October 30, 2020 5.0 Great! It's so easy to create quizzes and it has increased engagement on my web site and helped make it a fun experience! Pros Creating quizzes in Fyrebox is straightforward, quick, and easy to do. I love how easy it is to customize a quiz by adding your own images. The customer support is great too. I appreciate this so much especially these days when it can be so difficult to chat with an actual person. I highly recommend Fyrebox to anybody interested in creating quizzes for their business. May 14, 2024 1.0 Poor, I would say choose any other tool. Pros It offers cheaper monthly rates then other similar tools on the market. Cons The worst customer experience ever! Stay away! I purchased an annual subscription by accident (never happened to me before though I have purchased apps for 15 years). They refused to refund me. This is the worst customer service experience I had in my life. I spent 240 euros on something I didn't want and need. If you want to support a company that is making money on the back of people's mistakes, go for it. When I canceled my subscription to make sure they would not charge me in 1 year, they downgraded me to a free account, though there are 11 months of paid subscription. When I asked about it, they said that people usually delete their account after they cancel their subscription, which is why they downgrade it. It sounds like they have dissatisfied customers regularly. Try other tools, there are plenty available. Review Source MAC Mary Ann C. I don't use them to collect e-mail addresses so I wouldn't get my money's worth from upgrading to the next tier. Pros I use Fyrebox on Weebly and have found the integration easy. I haven't figured out how to save a quiz under a unique name. So all my quizzes have a default name which doesn't tell me which quiz was taken. Cons I would like quizzes that would allow different types of questions within one quiz--single choice, multiple choice, and fill-in--rather than having each quiz limited to one of those options. I would also appreciate an additional subscription tier that allowed me to include an image with the question. The next tier up from mine includes many features I wouldn't use, such as contact collection, and is an expensive upgrade. Review Source wH william H. In fact, since I only use one type of questions, the program now begins with that option. It saves a couple of mouse clicks. In other words, it is anticipating my needs. Pros I use the software everyday for a daily quiz. I find it easy to use. I like the choices available. Being able to choose a quiz background works well. The one time I had a question, I receive the answer with hours. Cons I can't think of anything. I am sure I am not using all of its features which makes this question hard to answer. This has been a great add-on feature. Pros Fyrebox is an add-on to several of my client's programs. They have no issues accessing the online quiz. It is very user friendly and super easy to use. The reporting is good. The best part of Fyrebox is the ease of set-up Cons The only con's to Fyrebox is the limited character space per question and also the reporting could be a little more robust. Eso brinda a la persona una personalización muy interesante. También me gusta la sencillez con que se muestran y recuperan los resultados, la variedad de las encuestas y la facilidad con que se pueden integrar en otras plataformas. No creo que haya visto un software que explicara de manera tan clara la manera de integrarlas. Cons Me gustaría que hubiera más flexibilidad en los datos que obtenemos del participante. Sólo lo limita a correo y teléfono. El chatbot es limitado y no ofrece una experiencia tan personalizada como otras soluciones, por lo que dejé de utilizarlo. En general, su editor de texto e inserción de imágenes para las landing pages y para el envío reporte de resultados es demasiado básico y poco claro. El texto no cambia de tamaño al editar, no se ve un escenario real sino hasta que se ve publicado, y las imágenes se desfasan muy fácilmente. Ojalá puedan mejorar esa parte. Al duplicar quizzes, en varias ocasiones ocurrían errores en las preguntas del quiz duplicado, por lo que tenía que iniciar uno nuevo y copiar los elementos, lo cual es un poco impráctico. La otra opción no está del todo mal, pero tendría que haber iniciado desde el principio. Una ventaja que yo veo en Fyrebox es la rapidez con que responden el troubleshooting, y la interoperabilidad con Canva. Y tomen en cuenta que con Google Forms era GRATIS. September 7, 2020 5.0 I have a study skills website, and I really wanted to add a bit of interactivity to check knowledge. BANG! Fyrebox was there. I poked around, tried it, slapped it on my website and students played with it. And it's free (until I upgrade). And I can keep changing the questions, and add new ones. What's not to like? Pros It's very easy to use so can be set up in minutes, plus updated instantly Cons The graphics and stock pictures are a bit clunky and in the free version at least, I can't change much. Cons It was a bit difficult to design the background in a way that'll show my logo and still show the quiz being played. Pros This is a good app but not secure to conduct the online test. I will be happy if this software provide lock the link option while forwarding to the candidates. Cons This has to be improved like change of font, font colour, highlighter etc.. The number of question to be displayed while attending the test.
