4Psite Reviews
"Great resource for live inventory feeds, order management, inventory tracking, 3rd party integration"
Overall: We have a Yahoo/Aabaco webstore, Amazon store and eBay store. 4P integrates all of these diverse platforms into one order management interface which has (no lie) cut our order processing and shipping times down by at least 60%, probably more like 75%. The setup process was very long (we had about 4,000 SKUs at the time) but I feel like that was time well spent because our pre-4P inventory and order management system was ineffective and...basically non-existant. It took a really long time (months) to get all of the inventory files, converter files (for Amazon), etc. setup but now that it is done we use 4P effortlessly every day...for everything. We do not use certain features like the Amazon and eBay listers and a few other features but the basic offerings of 4P are unbeatable for us. We're very happy to have this service, especially coming from what we had before. As long as you have employees in your company who are very detail-oriented set up your original inventory files and manage the daily order management stuff then you should be A-OK. 4P is always there to help too.
Pros: The batch shipping feature shaves off 60-75% of the order processing time Inventory management is extremely easy All of our marketplaces are integrated into one platform; makes order management so much easier 4P's help ticketing system is quick and helpful They've custom-added a few features for us along the way We don't use all of the features but all of the ones that we do use are great
Cons: I don't pay the bills here so I can't speak to the payment side of things (expensive vs. inexpensive) Initial setup can be a little cumbersome and is time-consuming (but again, it pays off in the long run)
"5 Star Review Desserved for 4Psite"
Overall: The software works seemlessly with so many providers. The backend support staff are literally the best I have ever dealt with! Really smart, really intelligent this is not some overseas staffed yoyo's - the staff at 4P have incredible training, IT MATTERS. The business reports help keep things organized for tax time which is a real plus. I really cannot say enough that is positive about this organization - we have been in business 26 years and have literally seen it all - been using 4P at least 10 years now -
Pros: The software works seamlessly with so many providers. The back-end support staff are literally the best I have ever dealt with! Really smart, really intelligent this is not some bunch of overseas staffed yoyo's - the staff at 4P have incredible training, US BASED, IT MATTERS. The business reports help keep things organized for tax time which is a real plus. I really cannot say enough that is positive about this organization - we have been in business 26 years and have literally seen it all - been using 4P at least 15 years now - Still love the ease of use and support - pricing is Very Fair.
Cons: That I did not find them sooner to use for our websites and other sales channels that all funnel thru 4P
"If simple and limited meet your needs then 4P is a reasonable option."
Pros: Simple interface/page. Most details on an order are on one page. It is easy to use once set up but that probably is as much a function of limited capabilities as anything. Good support for several channels. Relatively easy to configure/set up. Responsive support. Reasonable value for the cost but at this price point or even a little less I've seen what appear to be more modern, fully featured OMSs.
Cons: Very dated interface. Our new IT consultant asked if it was built in the 80s. Of course he wasn't born then. It seems like they started in Yahoo Stores which might be an indication of its age and it appears they invest very slowly. My guess is that they are nursing legacy code along. Very limited reporting tools. No useful analytics that I can see. No report builder. Reporting and analytics are a real drawback. You have to export data via CSV and use third party tools. To be fair, they have recently updated the interface that shows the available reports and we're pretty sure they've made small, incremental improvements to their Dashboard. But it is not very useful as is and you can't customize it. Like I said, it looks like they are nursing old code along. As far as I can tell, the ability to follow orders to final delivery is non-existent and that's important for a big chunk of our business. You can mark shipments delivered manually. Not so useful. My partner complains about their catalog structure. Very limited integrations. As far as I can see there is no integration to CMS or CS ticketing systems. RingCentral or other call management system integration? I wish. I see no ability to integrate with shipping carriers, even ShipStation. They only recently updated to API integration with Quickbooks Online. That was way behind the times. I know we aren't using all the features available but I haven't found features to counter my objections.

"Outstanding Feature Rich and Customizable Product"
Overall: We needed an omni channel order management and inventory management product that could integrate with Amazon FBA and our local warehouse. Furthermore, we wanted the product to optionally on a per item basis support "realtime inventory" whereby a customer could not order a product that was out of stock on our website. Additionally, we required the product to list and delist on ebay and amazon. It satisfied all of these requirements and much more and we could not find another order/inventory management system to accomplish the same requirements at a cost effective price.
Pros: Extremely powerful, feature rich and very configurable to do whatever you need. You can easily add any 3rd party warehouse to this system and have order management and inventory management supported very easily. Superb support for Amazon FBA. The developers are willing to build custom features that you need if you ask... It also allows you to use different content for your ebay listings.
Cons: Some details about the features supported take a little time to get used to but its understandable why - the features are so rich and customizable that some of the setup requires help from their customer service. Once you are setup though, it just runs without issue.
"Probably the best order management solution for online retailers"
Overall: We tested quite a few other cloud-based solutions before settling on 4Psite. And we decided 4Psite has the most value/cost. And now it's been about 8 years. And we're very happy with our decision.
Pros: Once set-up, 4Psite makes our daily order processing very easy and stress free. All of the orders from our different channels are funneled in to a single streamlined flow. And inventory is fed to all the channels.
Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve and initial set-up. But 4Psite staff were very helpful and held our hand through the on-boarding process.
