Overall: I've used 4P off and on for several years now. I've tried other platforms none are as simple to use as this one. We save a ton of money by quickly and easily comparing rates. We can easily sync our website, amazon, and ebay inventories. It also includes reports on inventory, shipping cost analysis. It's a very good value.

Pros: The batch shipping feature shaves off 60-75% of the order processing time
Inventory management is extremely easy
All of our marketplaces are integrated into one platform; makes order management so much easier
4P's help ticketing system is quick and helpful
They've custom-added a few features for us along the way
We don't use all of the features but all of the ones that we do use are great

Cons: I don't pay the bills here so I can't speak to the payment side of things (expensive vs. inexpensive)
Initial setup can be a little cumbersome and is time-consuming (but again, it pays off in the long run)

Overall: We have a Yahoo/Aabaco webstore, Amazon store and eBay store. 4P integrates all of these diverse platforms into one order management interface which has (no lie) cut our order processing and shipping times down by at least 60%, probably more like 75%. The setup process was very long (we had about 4,000 SKUs at the time) but I feel like that was time well spent because our pre-4P inventory and order management system was ineffective and...basically non-existant. It took a really long time (months) to get all of the inventory files, converter files (for Amazon), etc. setup but now that it is done we use 4P effortlessly every day...for everything.

We do not use certain features like the Amazon and eBay listers and a few other features but the basic offerings of 4P are unbeatable for us. We're very happy to have this service, especially coming from what we had before.

As long as you have employees in your company who are very detail-oriented set up your original inventory files and manage the daily order management stuff then you should be A-OK. 4P is always there to help too.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you currently do not have any order management/inventory control and you're looking to start, this can be a great option for you. Just put the proper time and resources into set up and training to build a good foundation for using the product for years to come. Our set up took months to complete, but that was 4 years ago and we now use the service every day without thinking twice about that time. We have to do smaller scale setup files when we add new products, but that is necessary with any service.

Pros: Extremely powerful, feature rich and very configurable to do whatever you need. You can easily add any 3rd party warehouse to this system and have order management and inventory management supported very easily. Superb support for Amazon FBA. The developers are willing to build custom features that you need if you ask... It also allows you to use different content for your ebay listings.

Cons: Some details about the features supported take a little time to get used to but its understandable why - the features are so rich and customizable that some of the setup requires help from their customer service. Once you are setup though, it just runs without issue.

Overall: We needed an omni channel order management and inventory management product that could integrate with Amazon FBA and our local warehouse. Furthermore, we wanted the product to optionally on a per item basis support "realtime inventory" whereby a customer could not order a product that was out of stock on our website. Additionally, we required the product to list and delist on ebay and amazon. It satisfied all of these requirements and much more and we could not find another order/inventory management system to accomplish the same requirements at a cost effective price.

Comments: 5 months of trying to sync 2 stores, 3dcart and Shopify, I gave up. Would NOT refund $300 month Paypal subscription. Found new site to use and was able to sync inventory in 1 hour. Cheaper too.

4Psite supports more than 1,000 happy customers using our Order Management System since 2005.We provided a free set up and free training, and the support by an account manager, We tried our best to support the customer, but there was no response to our account manager emials and calls.
