Pros: With our team doubling in size in less than two years and the launch of a Talent Acquisition department, we require systems that can keep up with our growth and continuous improvements. Lever's intuitive UX has made customization and integration into our operations easy for both the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. Not to mention that the Lever team has been fantastic to work with, even with us navigating time differences half way around the globe!

Cons: Some functionalities have yet to be developed, but Lever team is very open to improvement feedback & have developments in the pipeline.

Pros: Lever is easy to navigate, has a great user interface, multiple integrations, a simplified reporting dashboard and generally makes life much easier!

Cons: The mobile integration is satisfactory but could be better. Whilst the mobile web browser is ok, I feel that a mobile app could take the platform to the next level.

Pros: The simple UI makes this application incredibly easy to use, as a simple reviewer and user. The integration with the gsuite makes it a HUGE plus as well!

Cons: I honestly could not find a single con when utilizing the software; I am not an administer, but as a user it makes the use incredibly easy and friendly!

Pros: The Lever team was fantastic! Throughout the entire process - Sales, Integration/Onboarding, Customer Support - everyone knew their stuff and helped to make the onboarding smoothe and easy. The product has lots of features, such as an add-on Analytics tool and the ability to "snooze" candidates and remind you to follow up later.

Cons: Unfortunately, the price isn't quite worth what is offered. The features offered by Lever are amazing, but few teams would need each and every one. The pricing packages aren't flexible at all, and it seems like they're just trying to compete with the Greenhouse/Taleo/iCims of the world.

Pros: It is easy to sort candidates and roles. I love the email templating as well. I like how all of this happens in Lever and I don't have to go into an external application to email or contact applicants. Everything also integrates with Gcal.

Cons: Occasionally it is hard for me to sort candidates, I wish you could click on a column to sort. However, sorting is possible without clicking on column headers.

Overall: We are able to collaborate as a team for hiring, and communicate effectively internally and with candidates on a single platform.

Pros: I like Lever because it is very easy to use. Lever is also priced very well which makes it competitive among other softwares.

Cons: There aren't any cons to using Lever. This is one of many great softwares out there for recruiting.

Pros: It's so easy to use, and syncing to your gmail and calendar is the best! Team was also so friendly and great teacher during our training. Thanks Lever!

Cons: There is no field on the job post for salary, and cannot have a signature logo picture in you email.

Overall: The ease of hiring candidates and organizing all leads and candidates, and synching of email and calendar.

Pros: Platform is intuitive and the ease of use is wonderful. The implementation process was seamless, and they do an amazing job guiding you through all the process and how we can best utilize their functions.

Cons: We shopped many ATSs before deciding on Lever- although minor it would be great if there were more abilities to personalize like some other ATSs we've seen (I know Lever omits this for a reason) e.g. top page, different stages specific to the open positions.

Pros: Your team is very useful and they have always answered my questions quickly. It is a very effective and useful application when hiring

Cons: it's not as intuitive as it could be and easy book links only work for your calendar; the reports are a bit confusing and I wish the tool was a little more customizable too

Pros: Easy to configure and use recruitment workflow. Implementation partner (Phil) was excellent guiding us through the whole process.

Cons: The integrations with 3rd party job boards (ex. LinkedIn, Glassdoor) are not instant. The switch from our old ATS to new did not refresh our jobs on other boards, and (for 2 days and counting), users are still being directed to our decommissioned ATS.

Pros: - Simple to configure and use - Less "clicking around" then some other ATS's - Lever's implementation and support team is very responsive and helpful

Cons: - Limited integration support vs competitors - Lever Nurture would benefit from a email-finding feature to truly compete with Entelo or Zensourcer - Candidate confidentiality settings could use improvement (for example, if multiple Hiring Managers/"Limited Team Members" are on the same onsite panel, each will receive feedback from each interviewer unless you manually delete candidate "Followers"..)

Pros: Visually pleasing, user-friendly, and pretty intuitive.

Our CSM is absolutely phenomenal. He's easy to work with, extremely responsive, and truly cares about our user experience. Overall customer support team is wonderful and continually goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is positive.

Cons: Offer process can use some improvement, specifically offer approvals. The process is extremely seamless if everything aligns, but due to constant one-offs and changes in offers you have to submit the entire offer through the approval process again.

After using Lever for one year, I can say this product is on track to be the best in its space.

Pros: -Relatively easy to use and figure out (with helpful videos for any troubleshooting) -Can adapt different elements of pipeline to match your company -Templates help us build out our own process and learn best practices -Integration with email/calendars to make scheduling and keeping track of candidates easier -Ability to manually upload and/or have someone directly apply

Pros: The think I love most about Lever is how we are able to customize everything to make it best work for us. The support team is amazing. Rep has been a great resource. She walked us through the platform, responds quickly to all my questions and makes sure we are using all the great features Lever has to offer. He thoroughness and patience is amazing and appreciated. She also offers great tips and advice to make sure we are receiving all the benefits available to us.

Cons: More included job board integrations! We need better results and would love to have our postings go out to more job boards (included without having to pay more money.)

Pros: Building out templates in conjunction with their Easy Book links allows me to schedule 50 interviews in a few clicks of the mouse. It's absolutely brilliant.

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, easy to train new hires on.

Nice default reports, easy to customize to get exactly what you're looking for.

Overall: Saves an incredible amount of time, great visibility into the recruiting and hiring process, allowed us to identify bottlenecks in our hiring processes via their reports.

Comments: Our CSM is very responsive and is always down for a video call!

Pros: I used to use Jobscience, which was confusing and pretty ugly. Lever is a lot more intuitive, and even when I don't know how to do something I can easily search the support guides or find out by myself by playing around. I also like how it integrates with so many other softwares, which makes the recruiting process more seamless and connected.

Cons: I feel like creating reports can get confusing. There were times I wanted to create reports to highlight certain things, but found that I was unable to do so. It would be nice to be able to put any variables against each other to track progress across all reqs. I tried to extract data on feedback forms and the data I got was too messy and hard to read.

Pros: The well-planned implementation process made Lever a smooth transition from our old ATS, Jobvite. The Lever team was extremely responsive and detailed in helping integrate Lever into our unique recruitment process. All the recommendations for best-practices in Lever have been very helpful for our start-up company based in Kenya! Our Implementation Specialist was very accommodating to our time-zone difference and unique international needs.

Cons: There are tons of awesome integrations of other platforms (Google suite, DocuSign, etc.) into the Lever system. Sometimes these integrations take quite some-time to understand and customize to our recruitment needs. However, once they're customized they work great!

Comments: Lever's been great, and the support team is always super helpful! Thank you!

Pros: - Easy to organize - Easy to use - Functional - Easy to correspond with candidates, but also easy to communicate with manager in the tool

Cons: - Wish reporting focused on the reqs vs. the postings. It makes it very inaccurate for us and a lot of extra legwork on our side to determine our recruiters numbers / time to fills / actual openings /etc. - It's annoying to send offer letters in lever. So easy if EVERYTHING aligns, however, recruiting is so dynamic start dates are constantly changing, salary negotiations, sign by dates change - this becomes bulky and we have to re-submit the whole offer (since our executive team approves - this has lead to some confusion and we start to operate outside of lever, which I don't like)

Pros: I really like the ability to track pipelines, feedback, and metrics across the company. This data centric approach is a huge time savings and probably a better way to recruit than the "old way". I was somewhat skeptical starting off as we were getting swamped by our applicant pipeline (just raised a large VC round and needed to expand fast), but Lever had thought about all this and had great solutions. The implementation support was superb, and really got us over the hurdle of onboarding and becoming quickly productive.

Cons: We are early in using it, but right now the biggest con is probably still need to pay for job posts (ie on LinkedIN) or spend time sourcing candidates-- so from a cost perspective, it's not a replacement for these other things. I suspect for companies that have a more relaxed hiring pace, it may not be worth the cost of paying for Lever.

Overall: Time savings, scalable across teams, forcing function for HR process and data.

Comments: I would highly recommend doing focus groups or some random sampling with recruiters to understand how interview processes work and why customers are struggling with the system.

Pros: Lever is user-friendly, visually pleasing and has some unique and helpful features for recruiting. The referral feature has been one of our favorite things! Customer service has also been a great experience.

Cons: It's very obvious that the program wasn't created by recruiters. There are a lot of features/updates that aren't super important in sourcing and recruiting but the basic functions have complicated interfaces and there's issues that make tracking applications and candidates very difficult.

Pros: The software is powerful yet also easy to use for all members of the organisation. Our whole team became members of our recruitment process with the lever implementation.

Cons: My only slight irritation is that there is no zoom integration to facilitate remote interviews, but the interview scheduling is very easy... hint hint!

Overall: Our recruitment efforts are now effective, transparent across the organisation and we are finding great talent!

Pros: Lever is an intuitive tool. The flow of work is thoughtful. I was able to self-teach my way through the tool and my hiring managers are also fluent in the tool with minimal effort. Lever enables me to be a great business partner to my hiring managers and to support finance and our business. I have had a team of 8+ and made a career switch and am supporting talent solo - it really enables me to use my time well. The scheduling feature is quick and easy for large interview panels. The tool to open phone screens with blocks of times saves me hours in scheduling. It's a live tool - anything I add it updated automatically. Lever gives you the ability to have contagious transparency with your hiring manager and other team members.
This tool has all the features I need. It's priced very well in the market. Lever integrates with my other top partners.
The support I have received from Lever is also like no other. Kudos to you, Lever.

Cons: So far the only thing on my 'wish' list is when we have pre-qualifying questions that if someone answers 'no' to something we need to be a 'yes' that it would send an automatic email. My support team takes this feedback and looks to incorporate it into their future roll-outs for the tool. Which I love... my voice is heard as a customer.

Overall: This was an easy survey tool to use.

Lever has made such a positive difference in the recruitment experience for me and my company.

Pros: It is super easy to learn, very user-friendly. I found the help documentation to be very thorough and useful for when I got stuck on trying to figure the system out. My non-recruiter colleagues needed very little training on using the features that they need to use. The implementation specialist that we were set up was great and his trainings were useful and very efficient, given how much info he had to cover. I love the automated email scheduling and the integration with GCal and Gmail.

Cons: The fact that I can't customize the funnel per job has kind of been a mental hurdle for our executive staff to get over. While I can understand the position Lever takes on this, I have had to explain and belabor this point to people in my org many times. It's pretty much the only pain point though!

Comments: Solid tool with outstanding customer support.

Pros: Even without any previous training, Lever is a fairly intuitive tool to pick up. Their customer support is reliable and responsive- from customer success managers and implementation consultants to the sales/renewal reps. I have enjoyed partnering with all of them. They are helpful, great at problem solving, and are very open to feature requests. Lever¿s ¿Easy Book¿ links works just like Calendly, so candidates can choose an interview time that works best for them. Lever Nurture Campaigns (email campaigns that automatically escalate to be sent from different people at the company) work really well, assuming you have email addresses of candidates to send it to.

Cons: We use Google everything at my company and scheduling interviews can be a pain. Lever pushes interviews to Google Calendar but we cannot see if interviewers accept the meeting invites in Lever. You have to go into each Google Calendar meeting invite to check. It¿s also a pain to copy and Reporting is just ok; I know there is a separate reporting module that can be purchased but the standard reports could be better. This also relies on clean data from the recruiting team, I.e. recruiters have to be diligent about pushing candidates into the next ¿recruiting stage¿, otherwise interviews can be scheduled and logged in the wrong stage of the pipeline. This also allows for false positives when candidates fall out of the process and don¿t complete interviews that were originally scheduled.

Comments: Overall, I¿m pleased that we made the transition.

Pros: Both the candidate experience exponentially improved and the hiring managers love being in the system and having access to potential hires. On the recruitment side : Lever is pretty intuitive. Functionality and features are similar to social media sites you¿re likely already using. The turn around time for implementation was pretty impressive given the nature of our organization¿s federated model. The team is helpful and accessible throughout implementation. Transitioning into support was bitter sweet but the team has been just as great. The system doesn¿t have everything we want but the Lever team does make a concerted effort to solution with us on other options or discussing whether it can be put on the road map.

Cons: Reporting could use some enhancements. We have multiple instances that we had created for our organization but there isn¿t a way that allows for insight into all of them from a macro perspective.

Lever has all the great functionalities that a startup can use extremely effectively!

Pros: Lever has a simple dashboard, no bells and whistles that can make things complicated. It is very straightforward and has great support for implementing your past ATS systems in one swoop.

Cons: They are still in their growing stages so there are minor functionalities that may not be there that larger companies need everyday.

Pros: Very user-friendly and design is easy to follow/self-explanatory. We've been able to streamline a lot of our talent processes with Lever's integrations with DocuSign and Goodhire, so our onboarding has become much more seamless. We're also really happy with our CSM on the team, so huge thanks to Evan!

Cons: The only thing downfall is that the program isn't the most compatible with Microsoft Office Hosted Exchange, so unfortunately,

Pros: Integration was planned step by step, exceptional customer support and service, updated documentation and 'help' articles, efficient tools and modern interface, stable, out of the box experience is great with room for lots of customization, gmail integration, google analytics integration, chrome extension for recruiting

Cons: Mandatory training sessions for all members of the team, rather than just the admin and recruiter. Had some hiccups with the chrome extension, but they were fixed. Must ask Lever for your EEO data. Making sure you use locations that match job boards.

Pros: Lever is a fantastic platform, and has helped our team tremendously with making hiring decisions and streamlining our processes. Lever has a super intuitive design (pipeline visibility is very clear at a distance), it integrates well with our other platforms, and it's built to support recruiting at every stage of the process. I love the customizability of the feedback forms, and scheduling is super easy as well. I've also really appreciated the customer service and overall implementation support I've received with Lever; their team is super helpful and I've always had my questions answered quickly.

Cons: It's a little pricey, but it's also a fairly powerful tool and the price is mostly justified. There are some parts of the software that aren't totally customizable upfront (pipeline stages, parts of feedback forms), but there's pretty good reasons why that isn't the case, and the customer support team can help with those fixes. There's some functionality that still needs to be developed, but I can only see the software improving over time.

Pros: - Super easy to use
- Implementation was very structured and I could do it any time

- I don't have to "stalk " HM for feedback anymore - Lever does it for me

Pros: We like the ease of use, logical and clean interface both for the candidates and internal professionals. We also are extremely happy with the ability to keep track and analyze our processes. As we are dispersed over 25 countries, Lever makes collecting data simple and straightforward. The scheduling function has been greeted with enthusiasm and we believe we have saved quite a lot of time through this functionality. Lever enables us to have a clear picture of the whole process starting with creating the requisition and ending with offer making - we can actually see our shortcomings and things we do well. Previously we were struggling with getting feedback on candidates from the interviewers and Lever has made it extremely easy to share it as it also reminds you of the need to do this. Customer support is helpful and quick and we feel all our thoughts or suggestions are taken seriously. We are also happy to see that our referral system continued to work in Lever and now the referrers can actually check the status of the referee - this is a great tool.

Cons: We can't customize everything! Or was it a good thing? Initially we had problems setting up user groups with correct access rights as we were not 100% sure of the exact rights (although these were described in Lever in detail), we gained the security through experiencing - that was the best option.

Pros: I like the ability to delay email responses and I like the options to customize the entire process. E-mail templates, feedback forms, applications, and the integrations are all great.

Cons: The new features need work. Easy-book doesn't allow for total control of scheduling. Offer letter creation is quite complicated and involves a lot of work if your offers are complex and different each time. Lastly, not everyone is a fan of the interface.

Overall: Applicant tracking, organization, clear communication, and collaborative screening.

The UI is super intuitive.

Pros: Everything from sales to implementation was a very smooth and fast process. Lever itself is extremely intuitive so even without all the amazing customer support, it's really easy to use. It's also very easy to integrate with tools we are already using so it wasn't a huge lift for the rest of the team to get on board.

Cons: Overall it's great! I wish it was a little cheaper and that we could afford the full pro version. I also wish there were more integrations to older HRIS software. Currently they integrate with the newer companies which leaves a whole host of systems like Paylocity out.

Pros: Great place to keep notes on candidates and sync up with everyone involved in the decision. Good with posting job positions.

Cons: You have to pay a lot for what you get. We have been thinking of moving to Bamboo HR but don't know how it compares in cost quite yet.

Pros: Lever is easy to use and easy on the eyes. As the only recruiter at our company of 70, having Lever Nurture in my tool belt is a life saver. I've increased my efficiency and effectiveness already in just the first month. It's also very easy to schedule candidates and stay on top of our hiring process.

Cons: There are still a few features that I hope they implement, especially a mobile app. And from time to time there are buggy things, like the Lever extension doesn't always work in Chrome right away. I also feel like Lever is mainly designed for recruiters, which makes me happy, but one of our hiring managers feels some pain points still. Nothing major though.

Pros: For an international company, Lever is a great help as we have been able to automate a lot of steps (interview scheduling, job offer,) in our recruitment process as well as to monitor the recruitment activity across countries (by pulling the records of activity).
As previously said, the automation is a big factor for companies, we have been able to standardize our interview process and feedback system across 10 different countries. The support team also proposed to contact recruiting partners in order to scripted our job postings and publish them on different platforms.

Cons: The time difference with customer support for Europe based companies and the possibility to personalise the information we want to pull in the reports would be a plus.

Pros: We have used Lever for over 2 years, rolled out in countries across and globe and trained hundreds of hiring managers to use the system for feedback and reviewing applications. We initially chose Lever for its data and analytics, which have allowed us to automate reports and KPIs for teams in all our markets. The system is user friendly, and tools like Lever Nurture and Recommendations can help recruitment teams to find and attract more talent. Perhaps the best thing about choosing Lever is the team behind it. The system itself has rolled out many new features (requisitions, approval flows, restricting access to view sensitive information) after carefully considering feedback and suggestions, which are critical for scaling and management for large orgs. The support team is incredibly responsive to any issue and the product team is open to feedback and as transparent as possible about upcoming changes. The customer success team really goes above and beyond to understand and work through client concerns and helps to find innovative solutions to most issues. If you choose Lever and are lucky enough to work with rep - you've struck gold. I don't think I've worked with someone more focused on client satisfaction, able to make tough discussions enjoyable, and who really advocates for his clients.

Cons: While Lever is growing rapidly and adopting more large global clients, there still seems to be a dominance of focus on US tech startups - for example in the Partner Integrations or in offer templates (multiple options for equity and vesting options) but complex package structures can require significant customisations, which can require additional work for enterprise clients. The biggest hurdle to adopting Lever as a global enterprise solution has been concerns around data privacy of candidates and employees as it stores all data only on servers in the US. From a security standpoint, this is worrying, has made it harder to get buy in to roll out in other markets, and delayed several implementations. If you want to consider candidates outside the US, particularly in Europe and Emerging markets, it means significantly more time and checks with Legal, Compliance, and Security departments. There is also the fair concern that non US candidates may be discouraged from sharing their data if wary of surveillance and privacy rights - which are major concerns and considerations in other markets. Investing in data centres in locations that focus on protecting data privacy would make it easier (and safer) to roll out and use as a true enterprise tool.

Pros: Lever had everything that we needed in an ATS. Lever's ease of use, depth of features & integrations, and stellar sales and customer support were apparent from the very beginning, making them a very easy decision to switch to. Another concern of ours was dealing with the hassle of switching ATS's, but our implementation manager made this extremely simple and straightforward. We were up and running with all of our old data seamlessly migrated within a matter of weeks. Any questions/concerns that we had during the buying or implementation process, we would have answered very quickly. You can tell that they really put their focus into customer needs, which is how all businesses should run.

Cons: As far as pricing of other ATSs goes, Lever is on the more expensive, but you definitely get what you are paying for with their premium product. Although we are spending more than we were with our old ATS, the value is beyond noticeable.

Comments: Phil Golding... Quick to respond and quicker to resolve. I could not have asked for a better implementation partner.

Pros: Outstanding UI Easy integration with GSuite Live reporting that is very well done The best support staff I have had the pleasure of working with.

Cons: It is an ATS, so take that for what you will. Any Con that I would have for Lever would be nitpicking. I have gone through the ATS shopping process for a few clients now and they all are frustrating, but Lever is hands down the best option for a stress free ATS.

Life-changing! So easy to use and I can't imagine managing our recruitment without it.

Comments: From sales to implementation stages, despite the challenging time difference with Lever being based in the US, the team were flexible and willing to do whatever it took to get Cycle 360 up and running in a very short space of time. The system works seamlessly with our recruitment goals and has been an integral part of our recruitment and candidate leads. We have even had candidates comment on how brilliant they think the integration of Lever is on our website. Lever is simple to use from a candidate perspective and the integration into our own business email and calendar system has never let us down and works brilliantly. Would highly recommend Lever as an applicant tracking system for small or large businesses.

Pros: I am just getting started using Lever, but I was extremely impressed with the implementation, I found our Implementation Specialist, extremely resourceful, helpful and had quick response times. I loved how they leveraged Asana to keep the project moving and it was easy to identify action items. I am a big list person, so this helped and I didn't have to worry about taking lots of notes on calls. I was sad to see the implementation end as I really enjoyed working with rep and wasn't ready to let go of the crutch.

I really enjoy the product and how it's laid out with candidate focus unlike most other ATS's. This was my 3rd time implementing an ATS, and Lever has by far by the best experience to date.

Cons: Nothing major - the way the implementation goes is it links your job board quickly and you're learning as you go which I enjoy but if you're incorporating it into your process right away the hiring managers aren't trained and you're not a power user yet.

Overall: Candidate focused recruiting and straightforward for users. Great and quick implementation.

My company has been using Lever for less than a month and I am in love with it. It is such an invaluable tool - I don't know how we ever lived without it.

Overall: It takes a bit of time and a lot of effort getting used to the product and how to use it at first. However, Lever more than makes up for it with the truly exceptional implementation service. You're assigned a dedicated implementation specialist who keeps track of every step and gives great feedback to make sure you're getting the best use of the product. I cannot recommend their implementation structure enough.

Comments: I used Lever for years at RedOwl (but was not involved in the implementation) and implemented it here at Cybrary. It has had an immediate positive impact. I have recommended it to friends in the past from a user's perspective and now that I've gone through deploying/implementing it, I only feel that much stronger and more positive about your product and recommending it.

Pros: Having the implementation plan and scheduled checkins with cust support has helped a lot in getting me to focus on the right things at the right time. Lever does a great job at striking the balance between "highly configurable" and ready to use out of the box: most of what we need is pre-configured properly (making deployment easy) and the fact that most things are configurable/customizable is great (making it easier to tweak those things where we need to deviate from "norm"). Cust support rep was great and answered many questions that went beyond Lever features/functions/configurations. I enjoyed working with him and he was very helpful -- as the VP of Engineering, "HR" isn't exactly my wheelhouse. He took into account our specific needs and suggested best practices that took into account other considerations (e.g. legal).

Cons: As you are aware, it would be great if EasyBook was more of a global feature. It would be great if a coworker could use the links and email templates I configured. Also I wish schedules could be modified by the people being scheduled rather than just by the owner of the link. Finally, consider treating "Tentative" or "Maybe" as Accepted/Busy on calendars (or making that more configurable); there have been a couple of race conditions on scheduling phone screens: Developer is invited to a planning meeting but has not yet accepted and then gets booked for a conflicting phone screen. Archive reasons should have long descriptions/reminder text/instructions in the app. For example, we "stole" Lever's "Wrong Motivations" archive reason but I'm sure that folks are not clear on what that means and when to use it. It would be great to have reminders/instructions in-app to help folks pick the best one.

Pros: We're early into our time with Lever, but great implementation (customer rep was awesome), always there to help answer a question or explain to a colleague, and the system is so easy to use. Our team is loving it so far.

Pros: Lever is an easy and intuitive Applicant Tracking system with an amazing custom success team. The company continually rolls out new product features and is always seeking to improve and build upon the existing (impressive) foundation and I'm excited to continue growing our organization with the tool.

We¿ve found that the system is intuitive and allows us to keep track of candidates in an organized meeting. Lever has provided all of this. The UI is super intuitive. The learning period for comfortably navigating the system and time to value was minimal. As we scaled we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen hiring managers and recruiters so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option.

Cons: Reporting could be more robust - more funnel reporting and visualizations in the reporting section.

Cons: The reports aspect of Lever could be a little better. I run the referral program and sometimes social referrals and referrals get mixed up in these reports which sometimes make it hard and tedious to decipher.

Overall: Keeps our candidates applications and interviews organized.

Comments: Customer reps are exceptionally great and deserve much praise.

Pros: Everyone from the implementation specialists to the account managers are incredible to work with. They are quick to respond, resolve, and always happy to help. The ATS is simply laid out, easy to use, and has more than enough features to make you more efficient.

Cons: The biggest con is not having a mobile app. Using Lever on a mobile device is quite limited, and if you request the desktop version, it is not easy to scroll around. This could be massively improved.

Pros: It is easy to use and configure. The interface is pretty intuitive and it was easy for hiring managers to use without much training.

Cons: I felt there were some tradeoffs on configuration options to increase simplicity and ease of use. One example is that there are only a few basic mail merge tags available for creating for commonly used email templates (like interview confirmations). As a result you have to type in some of the information manually.

Lever is very easy to use and roll out to not only recruiters but hiring managers as well.

Pros: Drag and drop resumes in to profiles, LinkedIn plug in, switching candidates into various stages and easily seeing your entire pipeline.

Cons: The data is lacking. It is very hard to pull accurate reports, if one thing changes all the data is thrown off. I found it challenging to be able to show technical interviews vs. recruiter phone screen data as they are all listed as phone interviews.

Overall: quick, fast, hooked into linkedin for ease of use

Pros: Lever Nurture has been a huge help; starting an email campaign and forgetting it let's me consistently move forward to find more candidates. The scheduling process has been improved too through Lever's calendar integration, and note tagging. Note tagging and email integration has helped our team communicate more effectively regarding the hiring process.

Cons: I've run into a few bugs, but they've all quickly been resolved through the support team. I have had some persistent alerts telling me to complete feedback, and I would like to see an easier way to dismiss those alerts (most frequently, I'm not completing feedback because a candidate didn't answer the phone for a scheduled interview).

Overall: Streamlined interviewing, more efficient communication within our team, more specific feedback from hiring managers after interviews, easier sourcing through chrome extension and nurture/email integration.

Pros: I adore Lever. the UX is amazing, simple and soooo intuitive. Lever has saved us so much time doing scheduling and daily ATS activities and the team loves it. It's SUCH an improvement over Greenhouse. They're also amazing about implementing our feature requests. All my pet peeves are gone. It's so fabulous.

Cons: When you click into reports, sometimes the dates default to the last date you used so the data appears incomplete. It's possible to spend some time sending emails to support before you realize it's an issue of selecting a date. But I bet they'll have a solution for this soon. We have it in as a feature request.

Overall: It has saved us so many person hours in scheduling and it gives us so much passive recruiting functionality we were missing with Greenhouse.

Comments: Bottom line: In my opinion, Lever is the best ATS out there. Beats its competitors by at least a mile. Keep up the great work!

Pros: - Scheduling interviews have never been easier for our Talent Team. Our conference rooms are linked to Lever so we can do everything without checking Google Calendar! - Easy to use interface. Every tab, page, and profile is very user-friendly, with the recruiter/hiring manager in mind. - Sending candidates a link to schedule their phone interview cuts down on the back and forth. - Communication between approvers, hiring managers and interviewing team is ridiculously easy that even my mom can use Lever. - Automatic job posting to external job boards. Super easy to use for niche job boards as well! - The referral system is super easy for folks who don't use Lever on a daily basis. - Customizable application per posting. SUPER easy. I love this feature. - Reports are very easy to pull and read. - Recruiters have control over who they involve in the hiring process. Before when we didn't have Lever, all hiring managers had access to every single job posting and its applicants in front of them. Now, we assign them to specific jobs they own. They can't see anything else. - Lever Extension on Chrome is insane, in a very good way. Extremely helpful when you're sourcing candidates on LinkedIn! - Andrew is great. Always there when we had questions and always willing to hop on a call with us. - Implementation phase was super quick and simple. The Lever team did whatever we asked and in turn, we did whatever they asked.

Cons: - Requisition approval needs fine tuning. When we decide to hire internally for a requisition that has already been approved, we have to delete the current req and add another one indicating it was an internal hire in order for us to report on the number of internal hires. There's very little you can do with a req once it's been approved without getting the approvers involved again. - Offer approval is backward, in my opinion. The letter should be drafted first, then sent out to the approvers for their review. Right now, it's approval first, then offer letter draft. - Referrals are counted as "applicants" and not "leads." That's crazy to me. - Once a lead has applied through our careers website, we have to manually move them from the lead bucket to the applicant bucket. There's no automatic transfer. No notification, either.

Cons: The synch with Outlook emails is buggy. If emails have the same subject line the emails threads can be attached to the wrong candidate. This is a know issue that is being worked on.

Comments: We have only been using the product since August, so we've had a lot of transitional pains, but I'm hoping we settle into a good groove soon.

Pros: The product is attractive, user-friendly, and is easy to use from both a recruiter and interview point of view. I love the interview reminders, integration with Slack, and secret notes.

Cons: The product is not as customizable as we thought it would have been. Our company moves very fast and wants improvements very fast, but we are only one client and do not see those changes made as quickly as we would like.

Pros: It keeps everything hiring related in one organized, easy-to-use place. Lever provides great visibility around candidates both at a high level and a very detailed level. Lever allows our company to make better decisions when hiring by encouraging feedback and notes around candidates. The tools that are available in Lever are industry-wide best practices, and Lever makes them easy to use and implement.

Cons: The only con (which isn't even truly a con) is that it is a new process, so it takes some effort to get the internal team onboard. This would be true of any product though, and Lever does do an amazing job of providing training resources to make the adoption as easy as possible. My implementation specialist actually trained all of my hiring managers which was a huge help to me!

Overall: An improved hiring and recruiting process.

Pros: No more google docs to track candidates. I love the nurture feature & built in reporting. It¿s also really fun to see how many times candidates have engaged with my emails.

Cons: - not able to use hot keys while typing a nurture message. for example, I cannot use the hot keys to hyperlink something in a nurture message.

Pros: The candidate-centric workflow was admittedly a bit different to get used to, but now that we're in the system and familiar with it, it's really the most logical way to view candidates. The UI is fantastic, intuitive, and clean. Loving it so far.

Cons: The only downside (if I have to pick one) is that the req association with a job is a bit different. We'll get used to that too, though. I'm confident it'll get easier

Comments: I can't wait to get everyone fully up to speed on Lever and the new and improved recruiting process it has made possible!

Pros: So easy/intuitive to use. Ample training/support materials. Customer service chat responded within 24 hours. our implementation specialist is a ROCKSTAR! He explains everything very clearly and his thorough implementation plan and organization have made the process as seamless as possible.

Cons: There are still a few features that are missing: making requisition info information secret (compensation bands), customizing Offer Form fields further with dropdowns, multiple choice, etc. instead of just text and being able to put the fields in a specific order in the form, etc. but I believe a lot of these are in the product pipeline.

Pros: The software is easy to implement, it is easy to train hiring managers how to use, it is easy to configure, it is just easy.

With a candidate-centric view of the world, it allows us to easily shift candidates from one potential role to another, or no role at all, and still be able to keep track of them.

The integration with Google Enterprise Calendars and Mail makes scheduling phone calls and interviews incredibly easy, and the calendar events have links to the forms we set up to capture interview information.

E-Mail templates, including links to allow candidates to schedule their own interviews, are easy to use and have fields that are auto-populated from the candidates' information.

Cons: There are still some glitches in the e-mail templates as far as what the sender sees, but it is fine for what the recipient sees.

Overall: Fast implementation and excellent candidate management!

Straightforward to implement and immediately at the core of all of our recruiting.

Pros: The customer rep was incredibly helpful in walking me through how to use this platform, she went above and beyond making sure I understood how to use all the functions of Lever to the best of my ability. Without this amazing training I would not have been able to utilize this amazing platform as well as I currently do.

Pros: Lowers friction of hire communications and keeps track of everything. We were looking for a way to get recruiting out of email inboxes and Lever delivers. It's effectively a CRM geared specifically for hiring.

Cons: Setup is not exactly self-service ease, fortunately they have good support.
