### "Recruiting made easy"

I found it to be simple yet functional. It helps get the job done with the minimum amount of clicks.

Pros

When your part of a past growing company, the organisation is always looking out for the best talent. Your 64% more likely to get a faster hire if your refer someone from your network (people who you have worked with before). I personally love the fact that you can share a unique link with the people you want to refer and if they are interested, they can just apply and it shows up in your profile. I have also been interviewing a lot of candidates at our company and having an ability to view all the feedback in a single space just helps you take a better decision (and you can set different views right to make sure you keep the information for candidates is tiered)

Cons

The OCR feature for a Resume upload can be improved, I've seen they miss out on a few fields at times (weather you upload a PDF or Docx file)

I'm glad that my company invested in ATS like this. All my work is so much nicer and easier! I feel like someone remembers things that would be hard to manage by my own. I feel like it helps to organize better and moreover it increases an effectiveness.

Pros

I really appreciate how intuitive the software is. Also, it's very handful for every recruiter - I don't need any assistant to remember about meetings, candidates who prefer contact in the couple next months etc. I had a chance to create my own steps of the recruitment process and templates, I have all data in one place! Lever also cares about GDPR and job board which is beyond helpful.

Cons

I would love to have a "freeze option" which would be very nice in case of a process which is stopped for a while.

Pros

Data integrity, gmail sync and ability to see if candidate has read email and how many times.

Cons

Scheduling is not intuitive, lacks ability to view more than one calendar at a time and no option for candidate to send in availability other than initial phone screen.

wonderful experience

Pros

Using lever has been a great experience to our team. We are able to move very fast the candidates through the different stages. The platform is very friendly and easy to use. The Reporting tools that Lever offers are very competitive in regards to the raw data. Follow up from the Lever Team has been wonderful :)

the least I like about the software is integrating fetcher through the API and using easybook link

We're mid-sized non-profit organization that entered a growth phase that required lots of hiring. Our system for tracking applicants was spread across multiple Google docs that worked when we were just starting out but quickly became inadequate to manage our growth needs. I'm so thankful to have found Lever. Their customer service is beyond anything I've experienced before. They took our google docs and imported it all into Lever's system, making the transition seamless. It quickly became apparent that more of our staff could get involved in the hiring process and it thankfully didn't require laborious training sessions. Staff simply logged on and figured it out - it's that easy. What's more, we started using Lever for our intern recruitment and hiring, something I hadn't even thought about when choosing Lever. It's utility has surpassed my expectations. I really don't like to give perfect scores when rating, but I struggle to think of a way that Lever could be improved. When I do, I'm sure I could give Lever that feedback and the improvement would be made. Thanks Lever! It reinforces that I made the right decision when my staff come to me and say Thanks goodness for Lever!

Pros

It's comprehensive in its functionality. Every need I have for managing the hiring process is met. Furthermore, its super easy to learn, which has mean that I haven't needed to train my staff on its use - a huge time save for me.

Cons

The only thing I would like is to be able to have a custom pipeline for each position for which I'm hiring.

We have recently implemented Lever, but so far it is excellent and all users are enjoying using the system. The implementation was very smooth, the best software implementation any of us have been involved in. We had some more complex requirements that were all easily resolved and enabled us to launch in a timely manner.

Pros

We love the collaborative nature of Lever, enabling multiple stakeholders to see and make decisions either by logging in or via email notifications

Cons

None so far, we have recenetly implemented Lever and so far it is excellent.

Pros

Easy to use. I can keep all candidate information and status in one place. I am able to save manual work during the interview and hiring process, for example being able to save email templates. It helps immensely with keeping everything organized.

At this given time I haven't come across anything that I wish would be different.

\- very powerful tool with a ton of features and options - the Nurture function is amazing for automation and follow-ups (perfect CRM tool) - great integrations available

Cons

\- always seem to want you to upgrade to a new/special plan for each thing (API access, more integrations, export to spreadsheet, etc etc) - Reporting isn't very intuitive - some features baked-in (i.e. Interview Rankings) and can't be altered... lack of flexibility

It was ok. I've had better experiences with other ATS's however, Lever would be one of the top 3 out there.

Pros

Has most of the capabilities you need at a talent acquisition professional.

Cons

The customer support took quite long to get back to you if you needed to make any changes or had questions whereas an ATS like Greenhouse, has live chat. For a fast paced, high growth company, time is critical and having the ability to make changes on the fly is very important. You need to contact support to make any changes to your interview workflows. This was a very big pain point.

Price is always an issue with Not For Profit, but our time savings has been worth it

Hiring pipeline tracking, referrals and post-interview debriefing amongst the team

Pros

I am not on our HR team, so do not make use of all of the features of Lever - however I do take part in our candidate interview process for potential hires, and part of our process is to debrief with the other interviewers and formalise our feedback in Lever. I found this process to be fairly straightforward and easy to do. I also like that it is possible to see internal job roles that are open in the business, or to refer people from my network that I think would fit well into roles that the business needs.

Cons

As someone who comes in to the app in order to do a very small set of things: Post my comments and hiring recommendations about a potential hire OR browse internal listing to refer someone from my network - the system can feel a little bit crowded with other information. It isn't hard to navigate per se, but it could certainly be more focused on the things that matter to me as a casual user that interacts in order to feed information in to the HR team.

It was and has been a world class experience from the moment, I first spoke to the Lever team, to the demo stage, through the final review and negotiation stage to implementation. The sales team was excellent and very flexible in speaking with our internal teams before we decided to purchase the product. Their knowledge, flexibility and patience was amazing. Once we purchased Lever, we were assigned a Customer Success Manager. He knew the product well and was an awesome implementation resource for our team at VC. He was an excellent project manager and kept the entire team on track with our tasks and timelines. It was truly a seamless implementation with him as our lead and my internal partners who worked tirelessly with him to migrate from our old ATS to Lever. I highly recommend Lever to any company that is looking to partner closely with their teams to attract and source top talent for their organizations.

I've always felt Lever is willing to offer a very high level of support and are open to suggestions. They works through everything with you and are constantly updating the system and adding new features.

Pros

Extremely easy to learn, maintain and configure from a UX standpoint. Even users with low systems experience can pick it up quickly. Candidate focused, everything you do is focused on the candidate experience and you interacting with them. This is an exciting move away from req focused ATS systems.

Cons

Reporting is not very customizable. Offer letter setup is tedious and difficult to make changes with ease.

Lever has good integrations with LinkedIn to add candidate profiles. It's also useful for tracking the status of candidates and the efficiency of the pipeline.

Cons

Adding interview questions via forms isn't particularly intuitive, and new users generally need some hand-holding to get up to speed.

Pros

As a hiring manager, I used Lever to get notified of new applicants, applicant progress, and comments from others on the management team. It's great for tracking candidate profiles, and communications to candidates as well. It also allows you to keep track of applicants to source for future roles on your team.

Cons

Sometimes when applicant information was pulled in by the system, it didn't quite match up with their resume. Other than that, I found this software to be really beneficial.

Pros

When we sought to replace our outdated, clunky ATS with something more modern, because of the nature of our business and related recruiting challenges, the product we selected would have to be user friendly, intuitive, relational and possess strike-zone reporting capabilities. Upon doing plenty of research on competing products, Lever emerged as the clear favorite. The CRM features are terrific for pipeline building, the tool is so easy to learn and use, and the information available through reporting provides the unique analytics that are critical to creating a more efficient talent acquisition process. It's almost as if Lever was created just for companies our size, with our unique culture, vision and values.

Cons

The one feature I would like to see change is to have the ability for multiple interviewers to leave feedback on a single feedback form.

Overall, my experience on the internal side has been phenomenal and I'm so happy we chose to go with Lever. Highly recommend!

Pros

Lever is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, navigate, and update. As an internal recruiter who is still ramping, it's refreshing having a portal where you know what stage a candidate is in, where they came from (internal, referral, sourced, agency), what role they're interviewing for, and feedback from everyone involved. Also, the "reminder" buttons to nudge interviewers to submit feedback is helpful when you're trying to make decisions on multiple candidates and move through process efficiently.

Cons

One of the major flaws that we're hearing repeatedly is from our agency vendors, who cannot see or track any candidates they submit after they've been submitted. They have no way of knowing who they've already inputted or what their status is, much less gather feedback from our internal teams, without using another way to track it all (which defeats the purpose of an ATS from their side). We've voiced these issues with our Lever rep, who said they've been hearing this complaint often and are working to make changes in this area. Great to know that they actually listen and take feedback to heart.

Lever was not my favorite ATS to use. It was easy to miss a step with a candidate.

Pros

I liked that Lever was applicant-focused, as opposed to requisition-focused. It was simple to keep track of which applicant was at which stage.

Cons

There were not many functionalities for reporting and analytics, therefore our data was lacking. Hiring Managers did not enjoy the functionalities.

Pros

I liked the ease of scheduling espeically when for engineering onsites which tend to have 4-5 back to back slots that it updated with ease.

Cons

The UI and the initutivieness of this ATS was not as great as I would want it to be.

Pros

Lever definitely deserves 5 stars, customer service is superb and incomparable to their competition. We changed our previous system for Lever month ago and it already tremendously improved speed and quality of our work. The product is state-of-the-art when it comes to ATS' systems and while it needs a bit of polishing, Engineering Team is working super-fast to fix bugs and implement features. We love the product but we love the company, even more, Lever Team is extremely helpful and supportive. We learn from them how to treat our clients.

Cons

The software is still being developed so not every feature is available yet.

Some core features could not immediately be deployed due to architecture, reporting/analytics add-on product requires a fair amount of basic solution training which customers have to procure on their own
